The last Messenger

of Allah

You may be an atheist or an agnostic or you may belong to any of the religious denominations that exist in the world today. You may be a communist or a believer in democracy and freedom. No matter what you are, and no matter what your religious and political beliefs, personal and social habits happen to be— ………YOU STILL MUST KNOW THIS MAN! S. H. Pasha

Muhammad

“He was …without a bodyguard, without a palace, without a fixed revenue. If ever any man had the right to say that he ruled by a right divine It was Mohammad (PBUH), for he had all the power without instruments and without its support. He cared not for dressing of power. The simplicity of his private life was in keeping with his public life." Bosworth Smith

He was by far the most remarkable man that ever set foot on this earth. He preached a religion, founded a state, built a nation, laid down a moral code, initiated numberless social and political reforms, established a dynamic and powerful society to practice and represent his teachings, and he revolutionized the worlds of human thought and human action for all time. His name was Muhammad (PBUH) — and he accomplished all these wonders in the unbelievably short span of twenty-three years. S. H. Pasha

In the name of Allah, the most Merciful and Compassionate.

From Muhammad, the servant and Messenger of Allah, to Hiraql, the Emperor of the Romans.

Peace be upon the one that follows righteousness. After this, I invite you to the fold of Islam. Therefore, if you desire peace, accept Islam. If you accept Islam, Allah shall reward you double and if you refuseto do so, the responsibility for the transgression of the entire nation, shall be yours.

O people of the Book! Leave aside all matters of difference and dispute, agree on a matter which is equally consistent between you and us; and it is that we should not worship anyone except God and that we should neither associate anyone with Him, nor make anyone else as our god. If you refuse it, you must know that we, in all circumstances, believe in the Oneness of God.

Muhammad’s letter to Hiraql (Caesar)Emperor of Romans

"And whatever the Messenger gives you, take it, and whatever he forbids you, leave it. And fear Allah: truly Allah is severe in punishment. " [59:7]

"No, by your Lord, they do not believe until they submit to your adjudication in all disputes between them, then they do not find themselves oppressed with your decisions and they completely submit." [4:65]

It is not befitting for a believing man or woman, when a matter has been decided by Allah and His Messenger, to have any option about their decision.“ [33:36]

“The only saying of the faithful believers, when they are called to Allah and His Messenger to judge between them, is that they say: 'We hear and we obey'. It is such as these who will attain success.” [24: 51]

What the Quran says:

Page 9: Prophet Muhammad

neither long nor short”

“ he had a body formed in perfection and

uniqueness”

Muhammad

“… ..generous, beneficial, compassionate, forgiving,

and brave”

“as if the brightness of the sun had shone from his

blessed face”

“when he walked it seemed as if he was descending to a

lower place”

“….possessed a character of exquisite beauty and

charm….”

“..… between his shoulders was the seal

of prophecy….”

Page 10: Prophet Muhammad

“…great riches would come to him, and yet he lived in a state of

poverty…fire would not be lit in his house for many days….”

“he led small numbers into battles against thousands, and yet he would decisively

defeat them”

Muhammad

“…….he wiped the blood from his face and said: O Allah! forgive my people

for they do not know”

“his sittings were of knowledge, perseverance, patience,

modesty, and trust”

“he busied himself with the worship of Allah and loved

doing deeds that would please Allah”

“he slept on a mat of hay and a pillow filled with

“..…the greatest man that ever lived….”

Page 11: Prophet Muhammad

Jafer (RA), a companion of the Prophet at the court of a Christian King in Abyssinia, said:

“He called us to worship God alone... he commanded us to speak the truth, to honor our promises, to be kind to our relations, to be helpful to our neighbours, to cease all forbidden acts, to abstain from bloodshed, to avoid obscenities and false witness….”

“Your majesty! We were ignorant people, worshipping idols, eating carrion, oppressing neighbours, brother fighting brother, the strong dominating the weak, when amidst us was raised a man (Muhammad) whose nobility, integrity and trustworthiness were already well-known”

Muhammad

"Circumstances changed, but the prophet of God did not. In victory or in defeat, in power or in adversity, in affluence or in indigence, he is the same man, disclosed the same character.”

Prof K.S Ramakrishna Rao; Mohammed The Prophet

Muhammad & Religion

O you who believe……Obey Allah and his Messenger……so that mercy may be bestowed upon you

Page 16: Prophet Muhammad

One day you will appear before Allah and answer for your deeds. So beware, do not stray from the path of righteousness

Worship Allah, say your five daily prayers, fast during the month of Ramadan, and give your wealth in Zakat. Perform Hajj if you can…

Do not make permissible that which Allah forbade, and forbid that which Allah has made permissible

Treat your women well and be kind to them for they are your partners and committed helpers

Hurt no one so that no one may hurt you

No man has any right to lord over other men; all men are equal, whatever their origin, colour or nationality

The learned ones are the heirs of the prophets- they leave knowledge as their inheritance; he who inherits it inherits a great fortune

Hold-fast to the book of Allah and my Sunnah

No prophet or apostle will come after me and no new faith will be born

The Message:O you who believe! Fear Allah and keep your duty to Him. And let every person look to what he has sent forth for tomorrow, and fear Allah. Verily, Allah is All-Aware of what you do. [Al-Hashr : 18]

“O mankind! Single out your Lord with all worship – He who created you and all those who came before you, that you may be of those who seek to avoid Allah’s punishment and anger, those whom Allah is pleased with. He who has made the earth a resting place for you, and has made the sky a canopy, and Who sends down rain from the clouds, and Who brought out with crops and fruits from the earth as provision for you. So do not set up rivals for Allah in your worship when you know that there is no Lord besides Him” al-Baqarah: 21-22

O mankind! We created you from a single soul, male and female, and made you into nations and tribes, so that you may come to know one another. Truly, the most honored of you in God's sight is the greatest of you in piety. God is All-Knowing, All-Aware. (Quran, 49:13)
