ARTICLE 133 SENIORS

AMENDES

Les amendes infligées à un club doivent être réglées dans un délai de trente

(30) jours à compter de la date de notification.

Passé le délai de trente (30) jours et après une dernière mise en demeure

pour paiement sous huitaine, la ligue défalquera un (01) point par mois de retard à

l’équipe seniors du club fautif.

Si le club n’a pas apuré le paiement de ses amendes avant la fin du

championnat en cours, son engagement pour la saison sportive suivante demeure

lié au règlement de ses dettes envers la ou les ligues concernées.

Article 21 : Forfait, abandon de terrain, refus de jouer ou absence de sécurité

L’absence de sécurité ainsi que le forfait délibéré, l’abandon du terrain ou le refus de

jouer d’une équipe est sanctionné comme suit :

21.1 - Phase préliminaire

- Match perdu par pénalité;

- Une amende de :

-Cent mille dinars (100.000 DA) pour les clubs des divisions régionales,

inter-régions, nationale et ligue deux (L2);

-Cinquante mille dinars (50.000 DA), pour les clubs des divisions honneur,

pré-honneur, jeunes et féminines.

- Suspension de participation à la Coupe d'Algérie pour la saison suivante.

21.2 - Phase nationale

a. Catégorie senior

- Match perdu par pénalité;

- Défalcation de trois (03) points de son capital en championnat;

- Un million de dinars (1.000.000 DA) d’amende pour le club;

- Annulation du paiement de la prime de participation à l’épreuve;

- Suspension de participation à la coupe d'Algérie pour les deux saisons suivantes.

b. Catégories des jeunes et Féminines

- Match perdu par pénalité;

- Cent mille dinars (100.000 DA) d’amende pour le club;
