And the Aroports de la Cte dAzur Group has an objective as grand as the French Riviera itself, this symbol of luxury. Our plan is to become nothing less than a portfolio of prestigious brands representing a range of services comparable to those found in the most exclusive luxury hotels, Frances

    palaces. Our customers are our lifeblood; satisfying their needs is our duty. No horizon is too distant when the French Riviera serves as the launch pad. The regions fame, in fact, opens every door imaginable and justifies our commitment to development and innovation. Therefore, after initiating a massive renewal project for our terminals, creating a new heliport terminal, and refining our business-passenger reception services to put our airport on a par with Rodeo Drive and rue de la Paix, we now are determined to become the European leader in a business new to us: services to business aircraft and their passengers.

    Since the creation of the Sky Valet brand in May 2014, we have become the only airport in the world providing services and being an actor in the world known as FBO, the Fixed-Based Operator. Everything revolving around aircraft and their passengers is now our core business. A broad palette of responsibilities for which our watchwords are top-of-the-line and quality. Our playing field is European business aviation, the temples of six-star tourism, a premium clientele, customers whose needs we understand in great depth, as Nice, Cannes, and Saint-Tropez are among their favorite destinations.

    That which we have learned we wish to share elsewhere. There are myriad plans on the horizon short-term, medium-term, long-term. Between heaven and earth, Sky Valet is destined to sparkle like the Milky Way.

Notre projet est de devenir ni plus ni moins un portefeuille de marques prestigieuses reprsentant un ventail de services comparables ceux offerts par les Palaces. Nos clients sont notre capital et la satisfaction de leurs attentes notre devoir. Aucun horizon nest interdit lorsque la Cte dAzur vous sert de rampe de lancement. Sa notorit nous ouvre, en effet, toutes les portes et justifie notre volont de dveloppement et dinnovation. Ainsi, aprs avoir lanc un immense lifting de nos arogares, cr un nouveau terminal hliport et amlior laccueil de nos passagers daffaires pour faire de notre aroport lquivalent de Rodo Drive et de la rue de la Paix, nous avons prsent la volont de devenir le leader europen dans un mtier nouveau pour nous : la fourniture de services aux avions daffaires et leurs passagers.

    Depuis la cration de la marque Sky Valet en mai 2014, nous sommes devenus le seul aroport au monde exploitant de services et acteur dun univers baptis FBO, Fixed Based Operator. Tout ce qui gravite autour dun avion et de ses passagers est devenu notre cur de mtier. Une multitude de mtiers dans lesquels notre mot dordre est la qualit et le haut de gamme. Notre terrain de jeu est lEurope de laviation daffaires, les hauts lieux dun tourisme six toiles, une clientle premium dont nous connaissons parfaitement les attentes car Nice, Cannes et Saint-Tropez font partie de leurs destinations favorites.

    Ce que nous avons appris, nous voulons loffrir ailleurs. Les projets ne manquent pas, court, moyen comme long terme. Entre ciel et terre, Sky Valet veut scintiller comme la Voie lacte.

    Chairman Dominique Thillaud uttered in his office overlooking the

    runways and the Mediterranean: This is not an airport!

    For Thillaud, with the support of his Executive Committee, has

    begun revolutionizing the enterprise, making it much more than a

    mere airport. Naturally, the entire development strategy revolves

    around aircraft and passengers, but the French Riviera provides

    them with such a positive image platform and represents such

    great potential that they want to maximize these advantages to

    create a portfolio of prestigious, premium brands for their

    customers. Work is already underway to transform the airport

    into the Fifth Avenue of the Cte dAzur, but the combination of

    air travel and luxury also entails embracing new forms of

    business. Welcome to the world of the FBO (Fixed-Based

    Operator)!

    For the uninitiated, FBOs are companies that provide all services

    revolving around an aircraft when it is on the ground: boarding,

    deplaning, concierge services, parking, hangars, maintenance,

    fuel, cleaning, baggage handling, food services, etc. A vast range

    of activities that requires both technology and human presence

    to receive passengers as they step off their jets.

    For Aroports de la Cte dAzur, the story began with the July

    26, 2013, acquisition of the Saint-Tropez airport, joining those of

    Nice and Cannes-Mandelieu. Together, the three airports became
