Kalypto decided from the beginning of its activity to follow CSR principles therefore

. 2 % of the turnover is reallocated to associations located near our customers in charge of helping low qualified people to find a job.

.To preserve the natural resources of the planet, Kalypto uses primarily new communication technologies et public transportation. The emissions of greenhouse gases which could not be avoided are entirely compensated with a subsidy to environmental and social projects in developing countries.

Ralf Schentuleit begins his career with the Henkel Group in the procurement function, in Paris and at the headquarters in Düsseldorf. In 1995, he joins The Coca-Cola Company. He first acquires an operational expertise in the management of the supply chain: purchasing, master scheduling, forecasting, customer services, distribution. He then joins the leadership team where he fully develops his strategic vision of the supply chain and procurement functions. In 2008, he creates his own consulting firm to capitalize on his broad expertise acquired over 20 years in 2 multinational companies.

Kalypto advises mid size companies in the financial and environmental optimizations of their supply chain:

From the beginning, Ralf Schentuleit has founded Kalypto on the values of sustainable growth, indeed priority is given to the use of public transportation and new communication technologies. In addition to compensating the carbon generated, 2 % of the turnover is donated to associations in charge of helping low qualified people to find a job.

Some of his key achievements:   The creation of a trading company for the juices used by 110 plants in the EEMEA zone,

  A continuous improvement of 10 % year on year on supply chain KPI’s ( inventory, service level, freight, productivity) ,

  The commercialization of one new product per day in EEMEA,

  The creation of the school of juices which trained 500 employees from Coca-Cola coming worldwide,

  The creation and management of the value optimization program which generated 15 million Euros sustainable savings over

5 years

  The start up of SAP in one pilot operation (PP, MM, SD, WM) modules and masterdata harmonization

  The deployment of a lean management approach on support functions ( customer services, planning, procurement) resulting in a

productivity increase of 15%
