TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

Better thermal performance means lower achievable temperatures. Polyweld'sinsulation material consists of a layer of air cells laminated to a layer of aluminiumfoil. These two elements give the material both insulating and reflective properties.

Polyweld's material does not absorb water. Some types of open cell foam insulationabsorb water whichs increases their weight and decreases their insulation efficiency.

Polyweld's customers have been astounded by the temperatures they can achievewith Polyweld's Ultrachill insulated curtains. Better thermal performance meanslower achievable temperatures. It has been calculated that heat transfer can bereduced by up to 40% by choosing Superchill, and by up to 50% by choosing
