J’ai choisi Strasbourg en 2002 pour une simple et bonne raison: partir aux Etats-Unis aussi vite et longtemps que possible. Pour moi, c’était la meilleure option, même par rapport à beaucoup d’écoles mieux classées.

Après une année d’échange à l’université de San Diego, j’ai fait une année de césure pour travailler chez Sony Online Entertainment, une expérience qui m’a lancé dans le monde des jeux vidéo. Après ma 3ème année à Strasbourg, j’ai effectué un MBA à Pepperdine et bénéficié d’une autre année de visa pour travailler aux Etats-Unis.

Je suis ensuite revenu en Europe pour continuer à travailler dans les jeux vidéo. J’ai fini par créer ma propre société de jeux en 2014, activité que je mène tout en étant chef de produit mobile chez Cuponation, une entreprise du groupe Rocket In-ternet. Strasbourg a été le tremplin qui m’a ouvert toutes les portes pour atteindre mes buts.

I picked Strasbourg in 2002 for one reason : to go to the US as fast and as long as possible. For me, Strasbourg was the best option, even compared to schools that were ranking better nationally. After a year at the University of San Diego, I wor-ked at Sony Online Entertainment to start my career in video games. I came back to Strasbourg for a year only to go back to California and do an MBA at Pepperdine. I got a working visa for ano-ther year, which I also spent at Sony.

I then came back to Europe where online gaming was booming. I ended up creating my own gaming company in 2014, which I am still managing while being mobile product manager at Cuponation, a Rocket Internet company. Strasbourg gave me all the opportunities I needed to reach my goals.

Je suis arrivée à Strasbourg en 2005 pour un double diplôme en management. C’était pour moi le meilleur choix entre de nombreux échanges proposés par mon université, EAFIT, en Colombie.

Après mon année à Strasbourg, je suis rentrée en Colombie pour continuer mes études à Medellin. Je suis ensuite partie pour un stage d’un an en Floride dans la logistique et j’ai évolué au sein de la même entreprise 2 ans de plus en Colombie avant de partir en l’Allemagne pour démarrer et gérer les opérations européennes de cette entre-prise.

Après 6 ans dans la même compagnie, j’ai déci-dé de changer de secteur d’activité, et c’est ainsi que j’ai commencé à travailler chez Amazon. J’ai occupé plusieurs postes avant de devenir chef de produit pour Kindle Direct Publishing.

I came to Strasbourg in 2005 to do a double de-gree in management. To me, it was the best choice among all the options my university, EAFIT in Colombia, was offering.

After a year in Strasbourg, I went back to Colom-bia to finish my studies. I did an internship in Flo-rida for a year in logistics and I kept working in different roles for the same company for another 2 years in Colombia before leaving for Germany to start and manage their european operations.

After 6 years in the same company, I decided to explore new horizons and started working at Amazon. I had several positions there and I am now product manager in the Kindle Direct Publi-shing division.

J’ai intégré l’EM Strasbourg en 2007, principale-ment pour son rayonnement international et les possibilités d’alternance. Après 365 jours d’échange au Mexique dans l’uni-versité du Tec de Monterrey de León Guanajuato, je suis revenue à Strasbourg pour effectuer mon année d’alternance au RSI Alsace en audit interne. Mon diplôme en main, spécialité « Conseil Audit Finance », je décide de trouver du travail dans une société internationale en finance avec une seule idée en tête : avoir une expérience professionnelle à l’étranger.

En 15 jours, je me vois offrir un poste chez Kyri-ba, un éditeur de logiciel en gestion de trésore-rie à Paris. Après 2 ans d’expérience en tant que Consultante et Presales Manager en France et en Europe, j’ai l’opportunité de partir à New-York en contrat local.

En septembre 2014, après 1 an de procédure (Visa de travail américain), je débarque à New-York. Un an après, je suis promue manager d’une équipe de 5 personnes et je voyage à travers les Amériques.

I joined the EM Strasbourg back in 2007, mainly for its international fervor and opportunity to do block release training.

After a 365-day exchange program in Mexico at the Tec de Monterrey in León Guanajuato, I came back to Strasbourg to complete my master’s program while working at the Internal Audit De-partment for the RSI Alsace. After graduating in “Consulting, Audit, and Finance”, I decided to look for a job in an international company in Finance, with only one idea in mind: have a professional experience abroad.

Within 15 days, I accepted a job offer from Kyriba, a Cash and Risk management software company based in Paris. After 2 years working as a Consul-tant and Presales Manager in France and Europe, I was offered the opportunity to go to New York on a local contract.

In September 2014, after over a year to finally get an American working visa, I ended up in New York. A year after, I was promoted to a managing posi-tion in charge of five-person team and travelling all over North- and Latin-America.

Oraux admissibles 2007. Je suis subjuguée par Stras-bourg, son campus et son rayonnement international. Apres une Prépa Lettres et Sciences sociales (BL) au Lycée Carnot de Dijon, les premières semaines a l’EM sont un vrai choc culturel. Mais la vie de l’école me contamine vite : Liste BDE, BDA, Cordées de la réus-site, Concours Express, Accueil Admissibles. Je siège au Conseil d’administration comme représentant étu-diant.

Très déçue par la défaite de ma liste, je décide de par-tir dès la deuxième année à l’étranger, à l’Université Jagielloński de Cracovie, Pologne (Double diplôme en Administration des Entreprises).

A mon retour, en parallèle du Master Entrepreneu-riat, je fais un apprentissage au sein du Réseau des grandes écoles Alsace Tech. Avec des amis et l’appui de l’administration, nous fondons le Bureau de la Di-versité. C’est une année palpitante.A la sortie de l’école, je décroche un VIE a Milan, pour le compte d’une PME innovante qui desire s’implanter en Italie, ORTHOMDEDICA.

Fin 2012, je rejoins le Team de la CCI France Italie. La richesse des échanges entre les deux pays rend notre travail passionnant. L’Exposition Universelle de Mi-lan 2015 nous a apporté un nouveau souffle. Nous oeuvrons actuellement en faveur du renforcement de notre collaboration avec les institutions françaises et italiennes (Ambassade de France, Business France, Conseillers du Commerce exterieur) et prévoyons de lancer une Junior Chamber en 2017.

Entrance Oral Exam 2007. I’m impressed by Stras-bourg, its campus and its international influence. After an intensive training of two years in Letters and Social Sciences (Prepa BL) at Lycée Carnot in Dijon, the first weeks in EM Strasbourg are a real cultural shock but the life at the school is captivating: Campaign to get elected to the Student Council, Arts Association, Diversity Program, Concours Express, and Organiza-tion of entrance oral exam. I was part of the Council of Administration as a student representative.

Very disappointed by our defeat to get elected to the Student Council (by a whisker!), I decided to study abroad right from my second year at the Jagiellonian University in Krakow, Poland (Double degree in Bu-siness Administration).

On my return, in parallel with a Master in Entrepre-neurship, I did an apprenticeship at the network of the grandes écoles Alsace Tech. With friends and the sup-port of the administration, we founded the Diversity Office of EM Strasbourg. It was an exhilarating year.On graduating, I started my life in Milan in ORTHOMDE-DICA, an innovative SME which wanted to establish in Italy.

At the end of 2012, I joined the team of CCI France Ita-lie. The richness of the exchanges between the two countries makes our work exciting and the Expo Milan 2015 brought in a breath of fresh air. We are currently working to strengthen our collaboration with French and Italian institutions (Embassy of France, Business France, Advisers of foreign trade) and we have planned to launch a Junior Chamber in 2017.

J’ai obtenu mon Master “CAF” (Conseil, Audit et Fi-nance) au mois de Mars 2015. J’ai procédé à mon échange universitaire au Danemark, et ai procédé à ma dernière année de master tout en procédant à un apprentissage en audit et comptabilité. Je travaille maintenant chez EY Luxembourg, plus précisément dans le département « Private Equity » en ayant à la fois des clients de type fonds mais aussi des sociétés commerciales.

I Graduated March 2015 with a master “CAF” (ad-visory, audit and finance) in my pocket. I spent my year abroad in Denmark (Odense) and performed my last year of Master by doing an apprenticeship in audit and accounting in Strasbourg. I now work in EY Luxembourg, more precisely in the Pri-vate-Equity department having both private equity funds and corporate entities as clients. “

J’ai obtenu le master Grandes Ecoles spécialisation “CAF” (Conseil, Audit et Finance) au mois de Mars 2015. J’ai effectué ma deuxième année du programme Grandes Ecoles en échange universitaire aux Etats-Unis, Denver (CO). Lors de ma dernière année à l’EM Strasbourg Business School, j’ai suivi une spécialisa-tion en apprentissage (Conseil-Audit-Finance) durant laquelle j’ai travaillé en tant qu’analyste crédit au sein de la Banque des Entreprises et Gestion de Fortune. Je travaille aujourd’hui chez KPMG Luxembourg, plus précisément dans le département audit bancaire, que j’ai rejoint depuis 2 ans.

I Graduated in March 2015 and obtain a master Grandes Ecoles with a specialization in “CAF” (adviso-ry, audit and finance). I spent my second year of the program abroad in the United States, Denver (CO). Du-ring my last year I did an apprenticeship in LCL working as a credit analyst for corporate clients. I now work at KPMG Luxembourg in the banking audit department which I joined after my studies at EM Strasbourg Bu-siness School 2 year ago.
