PJP-50USB Writer は、PJP-50USBのファームウエア（機能を管理するプログラム）を更新するためのアプリケーションです。PJP-50USB Writer を PCにインストールする前に、必ず本書をよくお読みください。

ファームウエア更新機能をご利用頂くには、以下のソフトウエアライセンス契約に同意頂く必要があります。

1. 使用許諾本使用許諾契約の定めにご同意いただくことによりダウンロード可能となるヤマハプロジェクトフォン（以下、「本製品」という）用ファームウエア（以下、「本プログラム」という）はヤマハ株式会社（以下、「ヤマハ」という）がお客様に使用許諾するものです。本使用許諾契約は、ダウンロードした本プログラム及び本使用許諾契約に基づいて作成された複製物に適用されます。

2. 再配布の禁止本プログラムは、本製品の機能アップグレードを目的とした場合に限りダウンロードすることができます。不特定多数の者によるアクセスが可能なウェブ・サイトなどにアップロード、掲示することはヤマハの許可を得た場合を除きできないものとします。

3. 複製物の作成バックアップ目的及び、複数の本製品のアップグレードに必要な場合を除き、本プログラムの複製物の作成はできないものとします。

4. 逆コンパイル、リバースエンジニアリング、逆アセンブルの禁止お客様は、本プログラム又はその一部を、逆コンパイルし、リバースエンジニアリングし、逆アセンブルし、修正し、再使用許諾し、頒布し、二次的著作物を創作しないものとします。

5. 責任の制限過失を含むいかなる場合であっても、ヤマハは、本使用許諾契約に起因するお客様側の損害について一切の責任を負いません。

6. 外国為替法及び外国貿易法による規制本プログラムは、「外国為替及び外国貿易法第25条第 1 項」に基づいて規制される技術 ( 役務 ) に該当します。このため、本プログラム、及び本プログラムをインストールした本製品の日本国外への持ち出しには、日本政府による輸出許可が必要となる場合があります。また、本プログラムの、日本国内に住所を持たない人への提供にも、日本政府による許可が必要となる場合があります。

7. 日本に居住する人への限定提供本プログラムは、日本国内に居住する法人または個人にのみ提供されるものとします。

8. 日本国法令の準拠本使用許諾契約は、日本国の法令に準拠し、これに基づいて解釈されるものとします。

PJP-50USB WriterをインストールするPCには、以下のシステム環境が必要です。• OS：Windows 7（32/64bit 版）、Windows Vista SP1以上（32bit 版）、Windows XP SP2以上（32bit 版）

• USB端子：USB1.1 以降（USB 2.0 対応を推奨）

下記の手順でPJP-50USB Writer を PCにインストールします。

• 予期しないデータ消失を防止するため、インストールする前にすべてのアプリケーションを終了してください。

• PJP-50USB Writer のインストールは、必ずAdministrator 権限のあるユーザーでログオンして行ってください。

1 ダウンロードした「PJP-50USB_WriterSetup.exe」をダブルクリックする。セットアッププログラムが起動します。

Windows 7/Vista の場合、ユーザー アカウント制御についての警告メッセージが表示されることがありますが、弊社にて動作確認を行っておりますのでインストールを進めてください。

2 「次へ」をクリックする。

3 使用許諾契約の内容をよく確認して「使用許諾契約の条項に同意します」を選択し、「次へ」をクリックする。

同意しない場合は、「使用許諾契約の条項に同意しません」をクリックし、インストールを終了してください。

4 インストール先のフォルダを選択し、「次へ」をクリックする。

インストール先のフォルダを変更する場合は、「変更」をクリックし、インストール先のフォルダを選択します。

5 「インストール」をクリックする。デバイスドライバのインストールウィザードが表示されます。

デバイスドライバーのインストールについての警告メッセージが表示されることがありますが、弊社にて動作確認を行っておりますのでインストールを進めてください。

7 「完了」をクリックする。デバイスドライバーのインストールが完了します。

8 「完了」をクリックする。インストールが完了します。

yヒントインストール完了時に、再起動を求められる場合があります。その際は、画面の指示にしたがって再起動してください。

PJP-50USB Writer を PCから削除する場合は、コントロールパネルの「プログラムのアンインストール」（Windows XPでは「プログラムの追加と削除」）から「Yamaha PJP-50USB Writer」を削除してください。

アンインストールの実行についての警告メッセージが表示されることがありますが、弊社にて動作確認を行っておりますのでアンインストールを進めてください。

1 PCに保存されているファームウエアの場所を指定します。

2 Web サイトから最新版のファームウエアをダウンロードします。

3 Web サイトからのファームウエアのダウンロードを中止します。

4 ファームウエアを更新します。5「ファームウエア更新ウィザード」を起動します。画面指示にしたがって、ファームウエアの更新ができます。

6 PJP-50USB Writer のバージョンを確認します。

• 予期しないデータ消失を防止するため、ファームウエアの更新をする前にすべてのアプリケーションを終了してください。

• ファームウエアの更新を始めたら、完了するまで他の操作は絶対しないでください。万一、中断したときは本機が使えなくなることがあります。その場合は、持ち込み修理が必要となります。

• ファームウエアの更新中は、絶対にUSBケーブルを抜いたり、PJP-50USBの電源を切ったりしないでください。本機が使えなくなり、持ち込み修理が必要となる場合があります。

• PJP-50USB Writer の起動時に、デバイスドライバーがインストールされます。

1 PCとPJP-50USBをUSBケーブルで接続する。

2 PJP-50USB Writer を起動する。PJP-50USBがメンテナンスモードに切り替わり、ファームウエアの更新ができるようになります。

3 または をクリックして、更新するファームウエアを選択する。

4 をクリックする。確認画面が表示されます。

5 「OK」をクリックする。ファームウエアの更新が開始されます。

ファームウエアの更新が終了すると更新完了画面が表示され、PJP-50USBが再起動します。「ファームウエアの更新が完了しました。」画面の「OK」をクリックしてから、PJP-50USBWriter を終了してください。

PJP-50USB がメンテナンスモードに切り替わる際に、「メンテナンス準備中」が表示されます。表示されているときに、PJP-50USB Writer を終了したり PC から PJP-50USB を取り外したりしないでください。メンテナンスモードから復帰できず PJP-50USB が操作できなくなります。その際は、PJP-50USBを STANDBYキーの長押しにて一旦スタンバイモードにし、再度スタンバイモードから復帰させることで、操作できるようになります。

The PJP-50USB Writer is the application software for updating the PJP-50USB firmware (program to control the functions).Before installing the PJP-50USB Writer on your PC, read this manual carefully.

To use the firmware update function, you must accept the following software licensing agreement.

1. Permission of useThe present Software Licensing Agreement is intended to allow Yamaha Corporation (hereinafter referred to as "Yamaha") to permit you to use the firmware (hereinafter "this program") for Yamaha Projectphone (hereinafter "this product"). You can download this program after having accepted the terms and conditions of the present Software Licensing Agreement.The present Software Licensing Agreement is applicable to the downloaded copy of this program as well as to its duplicates produced in accordance with the present Software Licensing Agreement.

2. Inhibition of redistributionYou are permitted to download this program only for the purpose of upgrading the functions of this product. Uploading or posting this program at a website accessible by the general public is prohibited unless you have permission from Yamaha.

3. Production of duplicatesYou may only duplicate this program for the purpose of backup or when upgrading multiple units of this product.

4. Inhibition of decompiling, reverse engineering or disassembling

You may not decompile, reverse-engineer, disassemble, alter, permit the use of, distribute or create any derivative works of this program.

5. Limitation of liabilitiesYamaha will not assume any liabilities on the damage to the customers caused by the present Software Licensing Agreement.

6. Export controlYou shall comply with all applicable export laws and regulations of any relevant countries including but not limited to Japan and your country. You shall not, directly or indirectly, export or re-export this program except in compliance with such laws and regulations.

7. Compliance to laws and regulationsThis Software Licensing Agreement should be compliant to the laws and regulations of Japan and your country, and should be interpreted in accordance with the laws of Japan.

The PC on which the PJP-50USB is installed should meet the following system requirement.• OS: Windows 7 (32/64 bit), Windows Vista SP1 or

Follow the procedure below to install the PJP-50USB Writer on the PC.

• To avoid unexpected data loss, quit all applications running on the PC before the installation.

• Log on to the PC as an administrator when installing the PJP-50USB Writer.

1 Download the file "PJP-50USB_WriterSetup.exe", then double-click to open.The setup program starts.

In Windows 7/Vista, a user account control warning message may appear. Since the program has been tested by Yamaha, it is safe to dismiss this warning and proceed with installation.

2 Click "Next".

3 Read the license agreement carefully, select "I accept the terms in the license agreement", and then click "Next".

If you do not agree with the license agreement, click "I do not accept the terms in the license agreement" to cancel the installation.

4 Select the folder to which the files are saved, and then click "Next".

To change the destination folder, click "Change" and select a new destination.

5 Click "Install".The Device Driver Install Wizard opens.

6 Click "Next".

A device driver installation warning message may appear. Since the program has been tested by Yamaha, it is safe to dismiss this warning and proceed with installation.

7 Click "Finish".This completes the device driver installation process.

8 Click "Finish".Installation is complete.

yIf the message to restart the PC appears, follow the on-screen instructions to restart it.

To uninstall the PJP-50USB Writer from the PC, in "Control Panel", open "Uninstall a Program" ("Add or Remove Programs" in Windows XP), and then uninstall "Yamaha PJP-50USB Writer".

An uninstall warning message may appear. Since the program has been tested by Yamaha, it is safe to dismiss this warning and proceed with the uninstall process.

1 Specify the firmware saved on your PC.

2 Download the latest firmware from the website.

3 Quit the firmware download from the website.

4 Update the firmware.

5 Start "Firmware Update Wizard". Follow the on-screen instructions to update the firmware.

6 Check the PJP-50USB Writer version number.

• To avoid unexpected data loss, quit all applications running on the PC before the firmware update.

• Once the firmware update starts, do not perform any other operation until the update operation is complete. If the update operation is interrupted, the PJP-50USB may become unusable, in which case you need to return it to the factory for repairs.

• Do not disconnect the USB cable or turn off the PJP-50USB during the firmware update. Otherwise, the PJP-50USB may become unusable, in which case you need to return it to the factory for repairs.

• The device driver will be installed when PJP-50USB Writer launches.

1 Connect the PJP-50USB to the PC using a USB cable.

2 Activate the PJP-50USB Writer.PJP-50USB switches to maintenance mode in preparation for the firmware update.

4 Click .The confirmation screen appears.

5 Click "OK".Firmware update starts.

When firmware update is completeThe message informing you that firmware has been updated appears, and then the PJP-50USB restarts. When the "Firmware has been updated." message appears, click "OK" to exit the PJP-50USB Writer.

The message "Preparing for maintenance" indicates that the PJP-50USB is in maintenance mode. Do not exit the PJP-50USB Writer or disconnect the PJP-50USB while this message is displayed. Otherwise the PJP-50USB becomes impossible to recover from the maintenance mode and inoperable. In this case, hold down STANDBY to set the PJP-50USB to the standby mode. Holding down STANDBY again to exit the standby mode makes the PJP-50USB operable.

Pour changer de dossier de destination, cliquez sur "Change" et choisissez l'emplacement voulu.

1 Définissez le micrologiciel sauvegardé sur votre PC.

2 Téléchargez la dernière version du micrologiciel sur le site internet.

3 Arrêtez le téléchargement du micrologiciel sur le site internet.

4 Effectuez la mise à jour du micrologiciel.

5 Démarrez le "Firmware Update Wizard". Suivez les instructions affichées à l'écran pour la mise à jour du micrologiciel.

6 Vérifiez la version de PJP-50USB Writer.

• Quittez toutes les applications ouvertes avant de démarrer la mise à jour du micrologiciel afin d'éviter toute perte accidentelle de données.

• Une fois que la mise à jour du micrologiciel a démarré, n'effectuez aucune opération avant la fin de l'opération. Une interruption de la mise à jour risquerait en effet de rendre inutilisable le PJP-50USB, auquel cas vous devriez le renvoyer au fabricant pour réparations.

• Ne débranchez pas le câble USB et ne mettez pas le PJP-50USB hors tension pendant la mise à jour du micrologiciel. Cela risquerait en effet de rendre inutilisable le PJP-50USB, auquel cas vous devriez le renvoyer au fabricant pour réparations.

• Le pilote de périphérique est installé au démarrage de PJP-50USB Writer.

1 Connectez le PJP-50USB au PC à l'aide d'un câble USB.

2 Démarrez le logiciel PJP-50USB Writer.Le PJP-50USB passe en mode de réglages. Il est alors possible de procéder à la mise à jour du micrologiciel.

3 Cliquez sur ou pour spécifier le micrologiciel.

4 Cliquez sur .L'écran de confirmation s'affiche.

5 Cliquez sur "OK".La mise à jour du micrologiciel démarre.

Une fois la mise à jour du micrologiciel effectuéeL'écran affiche un message vous informant que le micrologiciel est mis à jour, puis le PJP-50USB redémarre. Cliquez sur "OK" dans la fenêtre qui affiche "Firmware has been updated." et quittez PJP-50USB Writer.

Lorsque le PJP-50USB passe en mode de réglages, le message "Preparing for maintenance" s'affiche. Tant que ce message reste affiché, ne quittez pas PJP-50USB Writer et ne débranchez pas le PJP-50USB de votre PC. Sans cela, vous risquez de bloquer le PJP-50USB en mode de réglages et de le rentre inutilisable. Si vous rencontrez ce problème, maintenez STANDBY enfoncé pour mettre le PJP-50USB en mode de veille. Enfoncez et maintenez à nouveau STANDBY enfoncé pour quitter le mode de veille et rendre le PJP-50USB opérationnel.

Wie folgt verfahren, um PJP-50USB Writer auf den Computer zu installieren.
