Online registration guide for daycamp

Step 1 : To access online registration:

1. Follow that link to get to the online services http://ville.saint-lazare.qc.ca/online 2. Click on Day camp 3. Click on login

IMPORTANT: You must read carefully all the instructions on each web page.

Please note : Leisure card = CARTE DU CITOYEN. It is mandatory to have a card for each

family member to be able to register online.

Step 2 : Online services (login)

IF YOU DID NOT HAVE AN ACCOUNT,

FOLLOW STEPS 3 ET 4.

IF YOU ALREADY HAD AN ACCOUNT, PLEASE GO TO STEP 5.

Step 3 : You must have a valid resident card for a member of your family. Enter the card number and the birthdate (year-month-day)

Click here to create your account if it is the first time you register online.

If you already have an account, sign in here.



Step 4 : Create your file You need to create your user code and your password

Step 5: Information on members of family Select a family member. You will need to do this step for each family member.



Step 6 : Member’s information Fill-in the basic information for everyone in your family, children and parents. You must complete every mandatory fileds*. If it is not completed properly, you will not be able to see the choices of activites.

Step 7 : Select an activity Click on my registrations



Étape 8 : Add an activity Click on add below the name of the member you wish to register.

Step 9: Sélect an activity

You must select your activity with the drop down menu. Do no forget to click CONFIRM after each selection.



Example for the selection of day camp weeks

If you wish to register your child to the daycare, you need to register the child for an activity before. Daycare will than appear in the drop down menu.

Once you have selected daycare, it might take a few seconds before you see the selection of days.

Step 10 : Tax receipts To receive statement 24, you must fill-in the information. The window will pop up automatically unless you have already filled-in this information in the past.



Step 11: Select activities for another child. Click to return to my registrations. Redo steps 8 and 9 for each child you need to register.

Step 12: Payment When your registrations are completed, click on Confirm and Pay



Step 13 : Payment Confirm you have read the step 2 by checking the box and click on continue with payment and the impression of the invoice.

Step 14 : Payment Please fill in your credit card information. Once you have fill-in all the fields, click on Pay. You will than be able to print a receipt.
