Residents and guests literally cross a small bridge, passing over a serene tributary of water, from street-level to enter the Murano. A second water feature-another bridge that stretches over water and leads beneath the building itself-signals arrival. The edge of the water matches the edge of the building, giving the visual sensation that the Murano is floating in mid-air with water below and a reflective- clad building above. Kitchens feature white painted yellow pine doors with Valli & Valli steel handles, self closing draws, integarted Miele fridge and Smeg aplliances.

Little Red House is a Gold LEED certified full building renotvation. Originally built in 1800s it housed carriage manufacturer Brewster & Co. The kitchens feature top of the line 10 coats of light grey glossy lacquer on the doors doors with sunken countertops mitered with the cabinet doors from Minimal’s Verve line. For the LEED Certification the carcasses will be made of 100% recycled wood, the lacquers will be F4Star certified and the undercabinet lights will be double density low consumption LEDs, all standard features of Minimal’s cabinetry.
