Research Lab Work (RLW)

What is RLW? A research topic will be proposed by a researcher supervising the student. The student will have to carry out various activities related to research: bibliographic study, theoretical study, modeling, simulations, characterization, ..

« Usual way » to carry out the RLW?RLW will take place in the host laboratory every Tuesday, from October to January.

« Usual way » to evaluate the RLW Evaluation (6 ECTS):one scientific article (4 pages) and an presentation (poster or oral) at the end of January

« COVID19 impacts on the way to carry out the RLW?

Due to the sanitary conditions, several scenarios are under study:

• Scenario 1: Lab continue to host students 1day/week with respect of the sanitary rules

• Scenario 2 : Lab don’t allow visitors but students can be welcomed at CIME

• Scenario 3 : Neither laboratories neither any other research structure can host anyvisitors, the RLW can be done at Phitem-Green-Er (dedicated room)
