Manuela Patrício a étudié les Sciences de la communication et le marketing. Elle travaille au Port de Lisbonne depuis de nombreuses années et y a occupé différents postes au sein notamment des Départements Relations publiques, Commerce, et Marinas. Manuela s’est ensuite spécialisée dans le secteur de la croisière et elle a été à la tête du Département croisière pendant plus de 10 ans avant que cette activité ne soit attribuée à une entreprise privée. Après une année au sein du Département Développement et stratégie, elle dirige depuis avril 2015 le Département Terminaux portuaires et logistique.
