Enter the city sewer mainline from the from the entrance in Graveditch at the Sewer Waystation. Take a right,then a left and then there will be a door on the R. Enter it and kill a ghoul named Gallo wearing a birthday

party hat.

Vault 92In the entrance go straight ahead until you get to the sound testing route (south side of map), head upstairs

in that room and you'll find a locked door. Pick it and you'll find it on a shelf near loads of ammo.

After buying the scientist theme from Moira, the book appears on a shelf on the lower floor of yourMegaton house (After The Power of the Atom quest if you chose to disarm the bomb). (UNTESTED: It is

likely possible, if you have tons of cash or items and low Energy Weapons skill, to get the theme removedand then replaced repeatedly. Athough this would be a cost of about 1,000 caps depending on your barter

level, per book.

MinefieldIn the Gibson House (the first house on the left from where fast travel takes you), on a desk on the first floor.

The front door is locked, so you'll need to kill the sniper in the area to get the key first.

In the main building, go through the doorways until you reach the second room full of machinery (The firstbeing the one with the Chinese Remnant Captain above you) and go to the far left corner, climbing the stairs.

At the top, take a left and simply find the room with a fissure in the floor, and go through it to reach a shortbarricade of desks. On the other side, you'll find two safes. The one on the left is locked Hard, the other,

Average. Not far away is a skeleton, which is next to the skill book.
