Demontage:

S Schrauben herausdrehen und CMAX vorsichtigabheben.

Montage:

1. Dichtung und Dichtflächen prüfen und Anschlussblockwieder aufsetzen.

2. Schrauben so ansetzen, dass die vorgefurchtenGewindegänge genutzt werden. Schrauben von Handüber Kreuz anziehen. Anziehdrehmoment 0,9 � 1,1 Nm.

WarningS Switch off the power supply before connecting ordisconnecting plugs (otherwise this could lead tofunctional damage).

S Use only power units which guarantee reliableelectrical isolation of the operating voltage as perIEC/DIN EN 60204−1. Observe also the generalrequirements for PELV power circuits as per IEC/DINEN 60204−1.

S Connect an earthing cable with sufficient cross−sectional area to the connection on the CPX terminalmarked with the earth symbol.

S The CMAX contains electrostatically sensitivecomponents. Therefore, do not touch anycomponents. Observe the handling specifications forelectrostatically sensitive components.

3 Installation instructions

3.1 Note on replacing the CMAX module

All project−related parameters are stored in the CMAXmodule. Perform commissioning again with the FestoConfiguration Tool; see system manual for the CMAX.

Removing:

S Remove the screws and lift the CMAX carefully.

Mounting:

1. Check the seal and sealing surfaces and refit the sub−base.

2. Screws must be fitted so that the self−cutting threadscan be used. Tighten the screws by hand in diagonallyopposite sequence. Tightening torque 0.9 � 1.1 Nm.

Desmontaje:

S Desenrosque los tornillos y levante el CMAX concuidado.

Montaje:

1. Verifique la junta y las superficies hermetizantes yvuelva a colocar la placa de alimentación.

2. Inserte los tornillos de forma que puedan utilizarse lasroscas autocortantes. Apriete los tornillos manual�mente en cruz. Par de apriete 0,9 � 1,1 Nm.

3 Consignes d’installation

3.1 Information relative au remplacement du moduleCMAX

Tous les paramètres du projet sont enregistrés dans lemodule CMAX. Effectuer une nouvelle mise en marcheavec l’outil de configuration Festo, voir description dusystème du CMAX.

Démontage :

S Desserrer les vis et déposer le CMAX avec précaution.

Montage :

1. Vérifier le joint et les surfaces d’étanchéité puisremettre le bloc de connexion en place.

2. Positionner les vis de manière à utiliser les pas du filetdéjà formés. Serrer les vis à la main en diagonale.Couple de serrage 0,9 � 1,1 Nm.

3 Istruzioni di installazione

3.1 Indicazioni per la sostituzione del controller CMAX

I parametri riferiti al progetto sono memorizzati nelcontroller CMAX. Eseguire nuovamente una messa inservizio con il Configuration Tool Festo, vedi descrizionedel sistema CMAX.

Smontaggio

S Rimuovere le viti e poi sollevare cautamente il CMAX.

Montaggio

1. Controllare la guarnizione e le superfici di tenuta,quindi risistemare correttamente il blocco dicollegamento.

2. Per il serraggio delle viti utilizzare solo il filetto giàpresente. Stringere manualmente le viti operando indiagonale. Coppia di serraggio 0,9 � 1,1 Nm.

Demontering:

S Lossa skruvarna och lyft försiktigt bort CMAX.

Montering:

1. Kontrollera tätning och tätningsytor. Sätt sedan fastanslutningslocket igen.

2. Sätt skruvarna i de gängade spåren. Dra åt skruvarnakorsvis för hand. Åtdragningsmoment 0,9 � 1,1 Nm.
