    06. Search and Investigation:-

    1. The property comprised in S.F.No. 251/1punjai ares 0.18.0 and S.F.No.

    254/4 punjai ares 0.25.0 originally belonged to ancestral property of title holders

    father Muthukaruppan. The above said Muthukaruppan died 15 years back leaving

    behind his son Marimuthu. Now Title holder Marimuthu is in exclusive possession

    and enjoyment of the schedule mentioned property.

    2. For the schedule property chitta and property tax are also submitted. They

    are also confirmed the character of possession of the schedule property by the title

    holder Shri. Marimuthu.

    3. For the schedule mentioned property E.C.No. 1660 of 2014 from

    01.01.1987 to 26.02.2014 are submitted herewith which reveals that there is no

    encumbrances.4. Title of Shri. Velayudham in the schedule mentioned property in clear and

    marketable.

    In the view of the above discussions, I am of opinion that the title holder

    Shri. Marimuthu has got good, perfect, marketable and alienable title to the

    property elaborately mentioned in column 3 above, and the patta may transfer to be

    Title holder Marimuthu and also the bank can accept the same as security for any

    financial assistance to the borrower by creating an equitable mortgage by deposit

    of original title deeds with the bank by the Title holder Marimuthu.
