Pour l’étude d’une maison remarquable, je me suis penchée sur la Maison Koshino de l’architecte japonais Tadao Ando. Avec carte blanche de la propriétaire, Ando re-visite la tradition de la maison japonaise et joue avec la lumière pour de magni-

fiques effets.For the study of a remarquable house, I had a closer look at the Koshino House by the Japanese architect Tadao Ando. With a free hand, Ando reconsiders the traditionnal Japanese house and plays

with sunlight for gorgeous effects.

Pour la fin de la deuxième année, le pro-jet à réaliser était celui d’un ensemble de 20 logements, qui s’articulent autour d’un jardin et d’un équipement. La particularité du projet tient dans les coursives desser-vant deux niveaux dans le bâtiment nord.

At the end of the second year, we had to design 20 apartments articulated around a garden and a neighbourhood facility. The project specificity is the corridors allowing the access to two levels at the

same time in the North building.

Un projet de résidence étudiante occupe un angle de rues à deux niveaux différents, dans un milieu parisien dense . L’enjeu est de concilier la salle d’escalade occupant le centre du bâtiment et la résidence, ain-si que de créer la jonction des deux rues.

A student lodging house stands at the angle of two streets at different levels, in a dense section of Paris.The aim is to conci-liate the rock-climbing gym at the center of the building and the student home, and to create the link between the two streets.

Le réaménagement du quartier Est de Lawrence, Kansas, amène à travailler à une échelle urbaine sur la construction d’un programme mixte. Il s’agit d’une par-celle très longue et étroite, servant de

point d’entrée au quartier des artistes.

The remodeling of East Lawrence, Kan-sas, brings us to work with an urban scale to build a mixed used program. The site is very long and narrow, and acts as the entry point for the warehouse art district.

Dans le même quartier de Lawrence, on travaille sur une parcelle d’angle desti-née à l’accueil de logements-ateliers d’ar-tistes. Le but est de créer un espace at-tractif s’adaptant à la vie en communauté

du quartier.In the same neighbourhood of Law-rence, we work on a street corner meant to accommodate apartments with direct access to artists’ studios. We intend to create a space both appealing and well adapted to the community living habits of

the neighborhood.

Notre dernier projet sur le quartier Est de Lawrence, nous a amenés à réfléchir à une infrastructure qui répondra au double besoin d’une promenade à créer par la ville et d’une extension du réseau de bus. Le programme libre se compose d’un café, d’une épicerie, d’un studio de yoga et

d’une gallerie d’art.As a last project on East Lawrence, we worked on amenities connecting the fu-ture trail to a planned extension of the bus network. The free program is com-posed of a coffeeshop, a grocery store, a

yoga studio and an art gallery.
