4. Attachfixturehousing(A)to junction box with either the two screws provided with the junction box or with mountingscrews(AA).

Insert one of the four-prong ballastplugsonthefixturehousing(A)intothefour-prong receptacle socket on thesmallcirclinelamp(B).Position the small circline lamp(B)overtwoofthespringlampclipsonfixturehousing(A),andthenverycarefully push the small circlinelamp(B)overthethirdclip. Repeat this step for large circlinelamp(C).NOTE: The lamp receptacle socket will rotate in either direction within limits. Do not force beyond these limits.

3. Locate wires in junction box(notincluded).Pullballastleadsthroughlargeflangedholeinfixturehousing(A).Connectallfixturewirestopower supply wires — white to white and black to lack — with wirenuts(BB).Attachthefixturegroundwiretothe junction box grounding screw and secure.

CAUTION: IF SUPPLY WIRES (OR POWER SUPPLY CORD) ARE LOCATED WITHIN 3 IN. OF THE BALLAST, USE WIRES (CORD) SUITABLE FOR 90ºC (194ºF). TO PREvENT RISK OF FIRE, DO NOT USE FIXTURE ON DIMMING CIRCUITS.

7. Pushdiffuser(D)upslightlyand rotate until the pan screws(DD)arealigned with the diffuser slots. Lowerthediffuser(D)until it sits securely on top of the panscrews(DD).
