La Clef Verte est un label environnemental international pour l’héber-

gement touristique et la restauration. Mise en oeuvre d'une politique

environnementale et socialement responsable, gestion des déchets, de

l’énergie, de l’eau, achats responsables, sensibilisation de la clientèle sont

des critères du label Clef Verte pris en compte par les établissements

labellisés. Le processus de labellisation prévoit des audits réguliers et la collecte de
