Have you ever broken or cracked the baskets on your skis? Use this guide to replace your wornbaskets and return your skis to excellent working condition!

手順手順 1 — How To Replace Ski Pole Baskets

Place the sock over your hand like a glove.

You will be using this hand to pull off the heated basket.

Heat the worn/broken basket with a blow dryer to melt the existing adhesive.

Heat for no longer then three minutes.

Use your protected hand to pull firmly on the basket until it comes off of the pole once it is heated.

Heat an all purpose glue stick with a lighter.

Spread a very thin layer of the melted glue on the basket end of the pole, then press on the newbasket.

Press the new basket immediately after applying the melted glue in order to obtain maximumadhesion.

Reheat the replaced basket with ahair dryer for a minute.

After heating, allow the glue to cooland set for 10 minutes.




To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.
