All exhibit materials must be completely dismantled and packed into crates and secured by 1700 on Friday, 26 May. IEL (Inter ExpoLogistics) will begin returning empty containers as soon as the aisle carpeting is removed from the exhibit floor. Move out for PALEXPO Exhibitors will begin at1600 on Wednesday, 24 May. All exhibitmaterials must be completely dismantled andpacked into crates and secured by 1700 onFriday, 26 May. Please note that, due to a bankholiday, trucks are not permitted on the roads onthe Thursday, 25 May holiday or Sundays.
IEL (Inter ExpoLogistics) will begin returningempty containers as soon as the aisle carpetingis removed from the exhibit floor. The entireprocess to return empties could takeapproximately 8 hours (inclement weather maydelay this process).

Target time is per truck check-in and does notnecessarily represent the time your truck willbe unloaded
PLEASE NOTE: ALL FREIGHT TRUCKS MUST CHECK IN LOT P-49 BEFORE ACCESSING THE EBACE EXHIBIT HALLS ON YOUR ASSIGNEDTARGET DATE. TRUCKS WILL BE GREETEDBY AN IEL REPRESENTATIVE ON A FIRST-COME,FIRST-SERVED BASIS. ONCE PAPERWORK ISFINALIZED, IEL WILL DISPATCH EACH TRUCK ASFREIGHT DOORS BECOME AVAILABLE. ALLPERSONAL VEHICLES (POV'S) MUST CHECK INAT LOT P-49 BEFORE ENTERING THE EXHIBIT HALL AS WELL.
Advance shipments sent to IEL/TWI will bedelivered to your booth on or before your targetdate and time.
Important: If you are delivering display items direct to show site and are scheduling exhibit labor, make arrangements at least 4 hours after your scheduled target time.Due to shows preceding and post EBACE, as well as a bank holiday, move-in and move-out extensions will not be permitted this year.
