Nicolas Winding Refn Presents (Milan Records) Robocop (Basil Poledouris) This special edition vinyl release of the score to Paul Verhoeven’s acclaimed 1987 film Robocop is the third installment in the Nicolas Winding Refn Presents series, following Oldboy and It Follows, which sees Refn putting on a curatorial hat by aiming to release quality soundtracks to cult and important films from all around the world. Robocop features an amazing score by Basil Poledouris (Conan The Barbarian, The Hunt for Red October) that was remastered for vinyl at Warner Studios from the original tapes. 2xLP features two 180 gm silver colored vinyl in a double tip-on jacket on metallic/silver stock, with original LP artwork by Jay Shaw. Out 7/17/15.
