V rychlém pruhuHvězdy Formule 1 jsou pravidelnými zákazníky německého návrháře závodních helem.

V roce 1989 začínal Jens Munser s airbrushem ve skle-pě v domě jeho rodičů. Od té doby uteklo mnoho vody a on se svým týmem patří nyní mezi nejrespek-tovanější návrháře závodních helem v Evropě. Mezi jeho věrné zákazníky patří spousta automobilových závodníků.

Na začátku Munser vytvářel svá díla pouze pro přátele a známé, později i pro svou partu motorových závod-níků a nadšenců. Převrat nastal v roce 1993, když se výrobci závodních helem Arai a Schuberth dozvědeli o Munserových návrzích. Jeho úspěch na Formuli 1 byl bleskový. První nabídka přišla z Japonska. Torano-suke Takagi, toho času řidič pro Tyrrell, chtěl speciální chromový design. A najednou navrhoval helmy pro Michaela Schumachera, Marka Webbera, Rubense Barrichella, Ralfa Schumachera, Giancarlo Fisichella, Nicka Heindfelda, Nico Rosberga, Felipe Massu, Fer-nanda Alonsa a spoustu dalších…

V současné době Munser a jeho tým právě pracují pro několikanásobného formulového šampiona Sebasti-ana Vettela. Je to věrný zákazník, neboť první helmu pro něj navrhl již v Sebastianových osmi letech.

Základem je barva„Helmy přijdou ve dvou podobách: základovaná bílá nebo hrubá karbonová skořápka, na kterou aplikuje-me základ a zbrousíme. Poté naneseme podkladový lak. Pro tyto účely používáme lakovací materiály Spies Hecker Hi-TEC série 480. Tato řada se ukázala být per-fektním podkladem pro následné efektní vrstvy“, říká designer.

Barva je aplikována výhradně stříkací pistolí SATA 3000 Minijet. Poté přijde na řadu umístění linek a ob-razců. Přípravné práce jsou velmi důležité. Gra¤ cký design se vytváří na počítači a vše je vyplotrováno. Následující vrstvy tvoří perfektní design, který často vyžaduje použití speciálních materiálů. „Používáme hrubé pigmenty, které rozpouštíme v ředidle k dosa-žení výsledného efektu“, vysvětluje Munser. V někte-rých případech se používají i jiné materiály jako napří-klad plátky zlata nebo hrubé slídy či přenesený tisk. Závěrečnou vrstvu představuje Spies Hecker vrchní průhledný lak 8055, který splňuje i ty nejnáročnější požadavky Formule 1.

Velká rychlost, velké nároky

Helmy se používají ve vozidlech, která se pohybují rychlostí až 300 km/h. V této rychlosti se malý kamí-nek změní ve střelu. "K napodobení těchto podmínek používáme vzduchovou pistoli a tím testujeme jak helmu, tak barvu.“ Křivky a hrany helmy jsou stejně spolu s váhovými požadavky velkou výzvou. „Jakmile získáme skořápku helmy, máme k dispozici pouze 50 gramů, se kterými můžeme operovat. Více totiž nelze měnit celkovou váhu helmy.“

„Ve Formuli 1 je každý centimetr na autě a vše kolem přesně daný. Helma se tak stává jediným místem, kde pilot může vyjádřit svoji osobnost,“ dodává na závěr Munser.

Osmička nejlepších míří do � nále!Na začátku léta po teoretických základních kolech jste byli seznámeni s postupujícími semi¤ nalisty. Přes horké letní měsíce jsme si trochu odpočinuli, avšak měsíc září byl již plný soutěžní atmosféry.

Všechny čtyři zářijové pátky na našem školicím středisku v Praze Libuši probíhala semi¤ nálová klání, kde mezi sebou bojovali soutěžící o dvě postupová místa do ¤ nále.

V každém kole pro ně byla připravena teoretická i praktická zkouška a také prezentace partnerů letošního ročníku Lakýrník Cup. Jednotlivé disciplíny byly obodovány a následně vyhodnoceny odbornou porotou. Na závěr každého dne byli představeni dva ¤ nalisté.

Kompletní osmička se utká již 15. října o titul Nejlepší autolakýrník roku a to na lakovně v prostorách ŠKODA AUTO v Kosmonosích. Slavnostní vyhlášení proběhne v Servisním tréninkovém centru ŠKODA hned následující den.Soutěží se o hodnotné ceny. Vítěz získá zájezd v hodnotě 70 000 Kč, druhý v pořadí vyhraje televizi v hodnotě 20 000 Kč a třetí obdrží smartphone v hodnotě 10 000 Kč. Dále jsou připraveny dary od partnerů soutěže a také ceny pro servisy, za které výherci soutěžili. Vítězné lakovně bude navíc na dva roky zapůjčen putovní pohár soutěže.

Od letošního podzimu si můžete všimnout, že materiály Spies Hecker - Permahyd 280/285 podkladový lak a Permahyd Hi-TEC 480 podkladový lak – jsou dodávány v nových robustních celoplastových nádobkách o objemu 250 ml, 500 ml a 1 l.

Tato nová „plechovka“ má celou řadu výhod. Například jde velmi snadno otevřít. Ve skutečnosti ani není potřeba speciální nástroj, nyní postačí ruce. To také znamená, že odpadlo nebezpečí ohýbání a kroucení okrajů plechovky. Dále bezpečnější a snadnější skladování. Tyto nádobky jsou mnohem stabilnější, čímž se zvyšuje bezpečnosti při manipulaci.

Před zavedením těchto nových nádob na trh proběhlo velké testování, kdy vybraný vzorek lakýrníků hodnotil

SATA Chopper designPo uvedení nové vysoce výkonné stříkací pistole SATAjet 5000 B minulý podzim, nabízí SATA tento model nyní poprvé ve speciálním designu. SATAjet 5000 B Chopper zprostředkovává motorkářům, dobrodruhům a lidem s benzínem v krvi, životní pocit svobody a nezávislosti.

Stejně jako u všech předchozích speciálních modelů z "výrobny pistolí" v Kornwestheimu, je SATAjet 5000 B Chopper bez omezení a díky své speciální povrchové úpravě, vhodná pro celodenní nasazení v lakovnách. Vybaven je tento model sadou 3 kusů jednorázových kelímků RPS o velikostech 0,9 l, 0,6 l,a 0,3 l nebo plastovým QCC kelímkem. Lešticí pasta C-10 strong je pro profesionální použití a slouží především pro vy-tvoření fi nální podoby čerstvě lakovaných povrchů. Jedinečná prášková techno-logie a vysoký úběr je díky speciálnímu očištěnému oxidu hliníku, který zabraňu-je chybám ve vrchním laku, a vyleští nedostatky snadno a s trvajícím výsledkem. Pasta vytváří jedinečný lesk a je vhodná pro konvenční lakování, stejně jako pro leštění laků odolným drobným škrábancům a UV laků.

Lešticí pasta C-30 fi nish je mikro lešticí pasta, která se může používat pro vyleš-tění od jemných až středních škrábanců ve vrchním laku, odstranění hologramů a to vše pouze v jenom kroku. Produkt je vhodný především pro konveční laky, laky odolné drobným škrábancům. Zanechává jedinečný a hluboký lesk.

Transparentní stříkací vosk C-WAX Shine čistí jemně zašpiněné povrchy (např. prach, otisky prstů). Nedostatky lze odstranit velice rychle a bez námahy. Vyso-ké procento palmového vosku ve složení materiálu poskytuje trvalou ochranu povrchu.
