The Invisible Man

Capitulo 1 al 8 Once upon a time, it was a stranger man who didn't like to spend time with other people, he was walking on the street in a very cold and snowy day, so when he saw a hotel, he entered in, and then he asked for a room, Mrs. Hall who was the hotel owner, get him into a room and then she went to cook his dinner, he was wearing a hat and a coat, his face was covered of bands, so the people get scared easily when they saw him, he asked to Mrs. If she can get his baggage easily and faster because he needed, and she said that she would do what she could. The stranger was eating when Mrs. Hall knocked his door, he went to opened the door with a napkin covering his face, Mrs. Hall always tried to start a conversation with him, but this man avoided it. And one dog bit his pants.

Un día, hace mucho tiempo un hombre extranjero se encontraba en una nevada, iba caminando y entro en una hostelería. La señora Hall la propietaria de la hostelería. El señor que había llegado a la hostelería estaba vendado de la cara mientras que la señora preparaba la cena, le dijo que le hiciera llegar su equipaje lo antes posible, y el forastero era muy cortante para hacer una conversación y el relojero Teddy Henfrey quien arreglaba el reloj del salón donde se encontraba el forastero y el también intento entablar una conversación pero el las evitaba. Cuando llega el equipaje del forastero el bajo rápidamente y cuando lo iba a agarra el perro que estaba a la par del carruaje que llevaba su equipaje le quita un pedazo de pantalón.

Continuación del Capitulo 1 al 8 He saw his pants, so he ran up stairs, right to his room, and then he changed his pants and his gloves, while down stairs were a lot of people talking about him. The same night Mr. Hall went into the stranger`s room to take a look, but this man wasn`t in his room, so Mr. Hall went to tell to his wife that the stranger was not in his room, when she went up stairs, she saw the stranger`s dress on his bed but he wasn`t there, then the dresses raised up. Mrs. Hall thought that the stranger was like a kind of warlock or magician. One day the stranger go to the bar and he searched to Mrs. Hall to said her, why he didn`t receive his dinner? to that she answered: - because you haven`t paid me, and then she started to make him a lot of questions, he get so angry, so he said her: - stopped, you don`t really understand who I am or what I am, right? I`m going to show you, so he take out his bands, the ones that was on his face, and there wasn`t anything, he just looked like a man with out head, and all the people were amazed.

El mira como le quedo el pantalón y cuando mira que le hace falta un pedazo de pantalón sube rápidamente a su habitación, cuando ya tenia su equipaje que eran botellas, tubos de ensayos y una balanza se puso a trabajar. Un día el señor Hall subió al salón donde estaba el forastero cuando no lo vio ahí le fue a decir a su esposa y ella subió para comprobarlo y antes de que ella entrara solo estaba la ropa del forastero en la cama y cuando ella entra se levanta y se cae la ropa y el sombrero voló por toda la habitación y después es golpeada por una silla. Poco tiempo después al forastero le da hambre y baja para ver por que no le llevaban su desayuno y la señora le responde : porque usted no me ha pagado y el demostró quien era y se quita el vendaje y cuando miran no tiene cabeza y quedan asombrados.

Capitulo 9 al 14 After that has happened, the invisible man was walking in the forest when suddenly he watched a man called Thomas Marvel. The invisible man asked him a favor and ask him help. After that conversation, Thomas went to the town and tried to take the materials that the invisible man needed to continue his investigation. The two men were running from the villagers whom were hunting them for the troubles they started. After the things that happened, Thomas ask to the invisible man that he wants to be a free man, because Thomas is not the perfect man for the job and favors that the invisible man needs, but the invisible man needed a person who could help him with that, and he didn´t let him go. They finished their discussion in Port Stowe.

Después de lo sucedido, el hombre invisible se encuentra a un hombre llamado Thomas Marvel, como a dos kilómetros de Iping. Le pide que le haga el favor de ir por sus cosas al lugar donde se hospedó, después de haberle aclarado, convencido y al final, obligarlo a hacer lo que le pedía. Fue así pues como el señor Thomas llegó al pueblo, llamando la atención y entrando en conflicto, que terminó en persecución, por obtener los objetos del hombre invisible. En consecuencia de este acontecimiento, el señor Thomas pide al hombre invisible que lo deje ir, ya que no quiere, no puede y no es lo suficientemente fuerte para llevar a cabo las tareas que le ordena él. Sin embargo, el hombre invisible lo retiene contra su voluntad y lo obliga a seguir haciendo lo que le ordena, finalizando su conversación en Port Stowe.

Continuación del Capitulo 9 al 14

When they arrived to the Port Stowe town, Thomas Marvel sit on a bench for rest a little bit. A marine sit beside Thomas and started to talk about a trouble with an invisible man in the other town, but at the same time they were talking, the invisible man was stealing money from the stores. And after stealing all the money, the invisible man put the money in the sweater bag of Thomas Marvel. And at the end the left the tow without troubles

Por fin, Thomas se sentó en una banca a esperar, un marinero se sienta al lado y comienzan a conversar referente a las noticias que habían leído sobre el hombre invisible. Al mismo tiempo en que ellos conversaban, el hombre invisible tomaba y robaba dinero de las tiendas de Port Stowe que estaba en las cercanías donde Thomas y el marinero conversaban. El hombre invisible se le acerca a Thomas sin que él se dé cuenta y le deja el dinero en el bolsillo izquierdo de su saco, le toca el hombro y se retiran del lugar.

Capitulo 15 al 21

Doctor Kemp, a scientific that pretended to get in the Real Society, stopped his researchers for a moment to watch to the hill, watching to the will he saw a man running on the hill. Kemp lost of sight the man when the man entered to Burdock. When the man entered in Burdock the dogs started to bark and instantly all the citizens entered to their houses really scared. Marvel scaped with the invisible man, and he went to Jolly Cricketers’ tavern to take cover. The owner and the customer of the tavern helped to hide Marvel, and they searched the way to kill the invisible man. They opened the door and no one entered, but suddenly they listened Marvel shouting. As soon they listened Marvel shouting, the owner and the costumers of the tavern went to help him. They kept to the invisible man for a moment but he is stronger.

El doctor Kemp, un científico que pretendía entrar en la Real Society, en un momento que dejo sus investigaciones y se puso a mirar y vio a un hombre corriendo por la colina, en lo cual fijo su mirada hasta que lo perdió de vista cuando llego al pueblo de Burdock, donde los perros comenzaron a ladrar y los hombres se encerraron en sus casas por miedo a que fuese el hombre invisible. Marvel consigue escapar de junto el hombre invisible y se refugia en la taberna de los Jolly Cricketers. El dueño y los clientes de esta lo ayudan a esconderse y seguidamente buscan la forma de acabar con el hombre invisible. Le abren la puerta y no entra nadie, pero de repente escuchan que una de las puertas se abre y el señor Marvel empezó a gritar.

Continuación 15 al 21 The invisible man has hurt by a bullet in the wrist. He went to the Doctor Kemp’s house and he entered to the house trying to no one see him. Doctor Kemp was in his office and he went to the first level for some Whisky and he saw a blood spot on the floor, and he went upstairs to his room and he saw all his blankets dirty with blood. When Kemp entered the invisible man recognize him and the invisible man said that he is Griffin, his partner of the university. Instantly Kemp remember about Griffin and suddenly he ask about how he is invisible, but Griffin said that he has tired and later he is going to talk about that.

Tan pronto como el grita, los clientes y el dueño de la taberna van en su auxilio. Retienen al hombre invisible unos segundos hasta que el hace que se sometan todos. Agarra una teja y la tira, por lo que uno de los clientes agarra un revolver y dispara cinco veces al lugar desde donde se había tirado la teja. Todos tienen miedo, incluyendo al señor Marvel . El hombre invisible, afectado por una herida en una muñeca provocada por uno de los disparo toca la puerta de la casa del doctor Kemp y se introduce en ella sin que nadie le vea. El doctor Kemp estaba en su despacho y cuando acaba baja al primer piso por un Whisky y observa una mancha de sangre en el suelo, sube a su habitación y allí observa todas sus mantas y sabanas llenas de sangre.

Griffin finally reached to sleep, and Kemp was worried and afraid because he don’t know what is the best things that he can do, but finally, after he read all the newspapers he decided to write a letter to the Port Budock Colonel. Griffin told Kemp about why he didn’t finish his medicine career, and he changed to the physical career and he started to interest in the visibility and the invisibility of the objects. And he told Kemp that he left London 6 years ago, he was a teacher in a school when he started to discover something about the invisibility, but he hadn’t money to end his researchers, so he stole to his father to end his researchers, but the money wasn’t of his father, so his father kill himself.

Cuando entra el hombre invisible reconoce a Kemp y le dice que es Griffin, que había ido con el a la universidad. Kemp lo rememora y le pregunta a Griffin como había conseguido eso, Griffin le dice que esta muy cansado y que ya se lo contará. Griffin cuenta a Kemp que después de la muerte de su padre acudió a una habitación en un edificio en Great Portland Street donde alquilo una habitación y se dedico a continuar con sus experimentos. Primero consiguió la invisibilidad de una tela de seda, luego de una gata y finalmente la suya propia. Cuando consiguió su invisibilidad, tenía problemas con el dueño de la habitación que lo iba a desahuciar, por lo que desmonto todos sus aparatos y encendió la llave del gas y prendió fuego a todo aquello para que no quedase ningún tipo de huella por su parte.

Griffin told Kemp that after of Griffin’s father die he got a room in a building in Great Portland Street where he continued his researchers. First he got the invisibility of a clothe, then he got it in a cat and finally he got his own invisibility. When he got it he had problems with the owner of the room so he burned all his tools to erase every kind of mark. Griffin told that then when he scaped from his house, he stumbled with a man that was carrying a basket, and the basket fell down. So a lot of people appear instantly, and he runned away and he went upstairs while the army was passing. And some children looked some footprints was going upstairs. And all the people was scared by the footprints moving themselves.

Griffin le cuenta que escapando de su casa, tropieza un hombre con una cesta el recoge la cesta la deja caer y cuando aparece allí un montón de gente, Griffin se escapa y se sube a unas escaleras mientras pasa el ejercito de Salvación y unos chicos se fijan en unas huellas de pie descalzo que suben las escaleras pero no las bajan, entonces Griffin se asusta cuando intentan tocar lo que hay allí y este se escapa corriendo y la gente se queda perpleja al ver dos pies moviéndose solos por la calle.

Capitulo 22 al 28 The storyteller said how Kemp prepared the ambush. Griffin finished telling the story to Kemp when he listen some steps, and he looked the ambush, but he got scape from the room and get down until the hobby where he found two coronel Adye’s helpers. (Police boss on Burdock) Kemp tell some weaknesses that Griffin told him to the coronel Adye. Griffin escape of the house of Kemp . Assumption about of an invisible man who was forced to kill a Wicksteed when he was capture by him.

El narrador cuenta como Kemp le había preparado la emboscada. Cuando Griffin había terminado de contarle la historia a Kemp, Griffin escucha unos pasos y observa que es una emboscada y Kemp empuja a Griffin, pero este consigue escapar de la habitación y baja hasta el vestíbulo donde se encuentran dos de los ayudantes del coronel Adye (jefe de policía de Burdock). Kemp cuenta todos los puntos débiles que Griffin le contó, en confidencia al coronel Adye. Griffin consigue escapar de la casa de Kemp sin que los hombres del coronel consigan nada. Suposiciones acerca de que el Hombre Invisible al verse atrapado por el señor Wicksteed se vio obligado a matarlo por simple gusto.

Capitulo 22 al 28 The only thing its know of Wicksteed is that he ran with his stick in the back of something. In the nightfall it was heard some laugh every time harder. Griffin sent a card to Kemp which said that someone threaten kill him that day, Kemp sent his servant to Adyen with one card, and when the invisible man attack the servant , and the servant arrive the police station without of card , Adyen was threats to Kemp with a gun. When he got inside of the Kemp house, the policeman came and the servant made a big racket in the house of Kemp.

Lo único que se sabe es que el señor Wicksteed había sido visto por última vez corriendo con un bastón detrás de algo y luego al anochecer se escucharon unas risas y gemidos por la colina cada vez más fuertes. Griffin envía una carta a Kemp en la que amenaza con matarlo ese mismo día, Kemp manda a su criada junto de Adye con una carta, pero el hombre invisible ataca a la criada y esta llega a la comisaría pero sin la carta. El coronel va a la casa de Kemp y le cuenta lo que ocurre, cuando Adye sale por la puerta es amenazado por Griffin, que le dispara al ver que este no le obedece. Consigue entrar en la casa de Kemp cuando llegan los policías y la criada, se produce un gran barullo en la casa de Kemp.

Continuación 22 al 28

It tell us how Griffin went for the window of the Kemp house, and he got back to the mountain to the town, and the panic start. Kemp achieves caught Griffin, and try to escaped again when one policeman try t caught him. Kemp looked Griffin and noticed he died, and his body was visible again so they put a blanket on his body.

Nos cuentan como Griffin sale por la ventana de la casa de Kemp y este sale detrás baja colina abajo hasta el pueblo, allí empieza a reinar el pánico con sus gritos. Kemp consigue atrapar a Griffin, pero este consigue escapar de nuevo pero un guardia lo atrapa de nuevo y un corpulento obrero lo apalea. Kemp se pone a su lado y ordena que paren todos que no respira y su corazón no late, estaba muerto. El cuerpo de Griffin comienza a ser visible y lo tapan con una sabana y lo introducen en una casa.
