Domopan has proudly played a role in the development of Qatar. In the first three years of launching, our turnover grew an incredible 20-fold. As of the beginning of 2018, we have successfully completed over 3 million square meters of turnkey construction projects as a main contractor – an incredible amount in a short period of time.

As of 2018, Domopan has completed projects worth more than QAR 2.2 billion. With an ongoing expansion plan, we are still expecting to grow as our efficiency and effectiveness in the design & build field has exceeded major market players.

Although general construction is our core strength, our finishing credentials are also boosted by the success of our in-house divisions including gypsum works, doors and hardware, and tensile fabrics / roof structures divisions. Our divisions have proven to be a reliable partner to supplement our own main contracting activities and have become an integral part of the supply-chain of most reputed contractors in Qatar.

OUR HISTORY

Domopan was established in Qatar.

Domopan launches its Fit-out Division and is awarded its first project at the landmark Por to Arabia Complex at the Pearl Qatar.

2007

Domopan is awarded its first project with the Private Engineering Office.

Domopan wins bid to build a sizeable Sewage Treatment Plant.

2008

Domopan accredited with 3 simultaneous ISO Certifications for Quality (ISO 9001:2008), for Environmental (ISO 14001:2004) and Occupational Health & Safety Management (OHSAS 18001:2007).

2010

Domopan achieves Ten Mill ion Man-Hours without a single loss-time incident.

Domopan acquired its first project with the Public Works Authority (Ashghal).

Domopan adopts environmentally friendly construction practices and becomes a Member of the Organization of Qatar Green Building Council (QGBC) promoting sustainable building practices.

Domopan becomes a Member of the Gulf Organization of Research and Development (GORD) to follow the Standards and Protocols of the Global Sustainabili ty Assessment System (GSAS).

2011

Domopan ascends from Medium to Large Scale Contracts within the Public Works Authority (Ashghal) with the award of a new project.

2012

Domopan secures its first project with the Ministry of Defense/Qatar Armed Forces for a base covering one square kilometer.

Domopan is awarded the design & build contract for Shaza Doha, a 5-star hotel operated by and af fi l iated with Kempinski Hotels.

2014

Domopan awarded the largest luxury residential compound composed of over 500 vil las including clubhouses, mosques, all service facili t ies, substations and infrastructure.

2015

Domopan’s project backlog exceeds 1 bil l ion Qatari Riyals, with 1.30 bil l ion Qatari Riyals in ongoing projects.

After almost a decade of establishment, Domopan has over 850 staff and a workforce of more than 5,200 operating across multiple sites.

Domopan has ongoing partnerships and alliances with multinational organizations and global firms working all together to satisfy the Design, Consultancy and Construction needs of public and private clients. The accomplishments Domopan has made covers state-of-the-art designed and built hotels, residential buildings and complexes, commercial structures, industrial facilities, hospitals and health care centres, schools, and education centres, and government & defense projects.

Domopan’s vast experience in design & build jobs demonstrated an unusual ability to understand and achieve the visions of both the architect and client.Furthermore, Qatar is a rapidly developing and hence very competitive environment which has led us to specialize in the construction of turnkey and fast-track projects.

Some of our key clients include Qatari government agencies such as the Public Works Authority, the Private Engineering Office etc.

Our fit-out and finishing divisions further enhance our capabilities via our continuous involvement in the icons that dot Doha’s skyline, with close to 350 personnel dedicated exclusively to these divisions.

HOTELS

Hospitality has evolved to become a pillar of the local Qatari economy, especially with the country hosting the 2022 World Cup which will be a driving force behind tourism for the coming years.

Domopan has the experience and capacity to liaise with the larger number of stakeholders in hotel projects (client, operator, specialist sub-consultants, etc.) to deliver properties to standards and to satisfy the visions of all parties involved.

RESIDENTIAL

Residential construction is the backbone of Domopan’s project history and has been a consistent client need throughout the course of the company’s life as we have been involved with some of the largest residential developments in the country.

Our expertise in this field is vast as we have completed government housing projects in addition to privately-owned high-end villa complexes and apartment buildings.

HOSPITALS & HEALTHCARE

Domopan completed the largest of the Health and Wellness Care Center projects in Qatar for the Public Works Authorities (Ashghal). The project is one of the few in this industry sector with an esteemed level of finish and medical sophistication. The Umm Salal Health Center was opened by the Prime Minister and Health Minister, and chosen as the medical center to be visited by both HH the Emir and HH the Father Emir.

EDUCATION & CULTURE

Projects completed in the Education and Culture sector vary between the private and public sectors. Such projects include schools and learning centers for Scouts and Guides, educational and training centers for the Qatar Armed Forces etc.

INDUSTRIAL FACILITIES

Domopan’s experience in industrial facilities allows the company to demonstrate its capacity to execute highly technical and specialized projects. Among the industrial facilities constructed are sewage treatment plants, sophisticated factories for chemical materials etc.

GOVERNMENT/DEFENSE BUILDINGS

Domopan’s clients for this sector include the Qatar Armed Forces, Ministry of Defense and the US Army. Our performance and ability to execute in highly secure environments has turned this sector into a major and stable business line, with a consistent and expanding project backlog.

Domopan is capable of executing projects that require unique and innovative engineering techniques. One such project is the development of a Camel Hospital covering a 2,000,000 square meter development. We were enlisted to design and build the entire project and we supplied the hospital with the latest medical facilities to ensure that camel racing, a culturally important event for Qatar, continues unhindered.

In partnership with internationally-renowned environmental architect Eric Dubosc, we were also involved with the design and construction of a zero-energy eco-friendly villa. The project was undertaken in association with the World Bank and the Gulf

Organization for Research and Development, the group behind the Qatar Sustainability Assessment System.

FIT-OUT

Using only top quality finishing products, Domopan has been heavily involved in final fit-outs for landmark projects in Qatar, standing as a field that is currently the most rapidly growing within our company.

Our fit-out services include ceilings, partitions, painting, doors and hardware. We have done fit-out work for notable projects including Doha Metro, Arab Museum of Modern Art (MATHAF), Souk Waqif, RasGas Headquarters, Pearl Qatar, and Al Jassimya Towers.

على ذلك مشروع تطوير مستشفى اBبل البيطري بمساحة ٢,٠٠٠,٠٠٠ متر مربع. وقد تولت دوموبان أعمال

تصميم وبناء المشروع بأكمله وتزويد المستشفى بأحدث المرافق الطبية للتأكد من أن سباقات الهجن -

الفعالية التراثية الهامة - تتم بدون أي عوائق.

وباالشتراك مع إريك دوبوسك Eric Dubosc أحد مهندسي العمارة البيئية المشهورين عالميG، قامت دوموبان بتصميم وبناء فيال صديقة للبيئة خالية من

استخدامات الطاقة غير النظيفة. وقد تم تنفيذ هذا المشروع بالتعاون مع البنك الدولي ومنظمة الخليج للبحوث والتنمية التي تقف خلف المنظومة القطرية

لتقييم االستدامة.

التشطيبات النهائية

باستخدام مواد ذات جودة عالية، تقوم دوموبان بعمل التشطيبات والتجهيزات النهائية لعدد من المشاريع Dسرع نموKالمميزة في قطر. ويتميز هذا القطاع بأنه ا

ضمن شركتنا.

وتشمل أعمال التشطيبات التي نقوم بها اKسقف والفواصل واKبواب وأعمال الدهان وإدارة المشاريع.

قامت دوموبان بعمل تشطيبات لعدد من اKبنية القطرية المشهورة مثل المتحف العربي للفن الحديث (متحف) وسوق واقف ومقر شركة راس غاز وبورتو أرابيا

في اللؤلؤة قطر وأبراج الجاسمية.

مشاريع المستشفيات ومراكز الرعاية الصحية

نجحت دوموبان في إنجاز أكبر مشاريع مراكز الرعاية الصحية في قطر لصالح هيئة اKشغال

العامة (أشغال)، وتعد تلك المشاريع واحدة من المشاريع القليلة في هذا القطاع التي تتميز

بمستوى عال من التشطيبات والتطور الطبي. وقد قام السيد رئيس الوزراء ووزير الصحة

بافتتاح مركز أم صالل وتم اختيار المركز ليكون وجهة لزيارة سمو اKمير وسمو اKمير الوالد.

مشاريع قطاع التعليم والثقافة

تتوزع المشاريع في قطاع التعليم والثقافة بين القطاعين العام والخاص. تشمل تلك المشاريع

المدارس ومراكز التعليم للكشافة والمرشدات، مراكز تدريبية وتعليمية تابعة للقوات المسلحة

القطرية.

لقد تطور القطاع الفندقي ليصبح أحد ركائز االقتصاد القطري المحلي، خاصة مع استضافة قطر

بطولة كأس العالم ٢٠٢٢ والتي ستشكل قوة دافعة للسياحة في السنوات القادمة.

تتمتع دوموبان بالخبرة والقدرة على إقامة عالقات والتعامل مع العدد المتزايد من المساهمين في

مشاريع الفنادق (العميل والمشغل والمتخصصين الفرعيين، وما إلى ذلك) من أجل تقديم مشاريع

أعمال التشطيبات والتجهيزات النهائية ضمن أقسام الشركة الداخلية، ويشمل ذلك ا<قسام المتخصصة في أعمال الجبس وا<بواب

والتجهيزات وأعمال ا<سقف. لقد أثبتت أقسام الشركة لدينا أنها شريك يمكن االعتماد عليه في إنجاز نشاطاتنا التعاقدية وأصبحت جزء)
