Les raccords en deux pièces DUOFIT permettent la réparation et la dérivation en chargement, sans interruption du service, sur:• manchon dans les conduites en amiante-ciment• cloche ou joint Express dans les conduites en fonte grise ou sphéroïdale• cloche dans les conduites en PVC – fibre de verre et acier • interventions sur composantes installés, comme par exemple raccords, bandes ou pièces spéciales

Avantages: • excavations localisées • aucune interruption du service • aucune vidange de la conduite• aucun coupage du tuyau• temps minimal d’installation et économie d’intervention – il n’y a aucun besoin d’utiliser des outils speciaux• réparation définitive

Les raccords Duofit sont disponibles dans les versions suivantes: • version HP (High Pressure) pour applications sur hautes pressions (max 100 bar); • version LT (Light) calibrée sur le diamètre extérieur de la conduite à réparer.

DUOFIT couplings in two shells provide permanent repairing and tapping fittings without interruption of service of:• asbestos cement sockets• sockets or express couplings made of cast or ductile iron pipes• PVC, GRP, Steel pipe sockets• repairs of already installed components like couplings, collars, fittings

Raccord avec système de blocage mécanique anti-déboîtement «Pipe Locking System» à bagues dentées pour conduites réhabilitées avec des inserts en polyéthylène. Les raccords NOVAGRIP, grâce à la combinaison entre la chemise de renforcement et les bagues dentées, garantissent le meilleur raccordement entre les tuyaux réhabilités et les autres composantes, ou entre sections différentes d’une même conduite réhabilitée avec les renforcements minces de polymère. Le blocage mécanique anti-déboîtement de la chemise de renforcement polymère, nécessaire pour éviter des mouvements tant a l’intérieur de la conduite, est réalisé avec le serrage des bagues dentées. La double garniture, sur la conduite principale et sur la chemise derenforcement en polymère, garantit l’étanchéité hydraulique, tant à l’intérieur qu’à l’extérieur, en prévenant les infiltrations d’eau dans l’interstice entre la conduite principale et la chemise de renforcement.

NOVAGRIP is an innovative connection technology between rehabilitating polyethylene liner ends. When existing pipeline rehabilitation is realized with a thin-walled plastic pipe, a combination of a reinforcingliner ring and a NOVAGRIP style set of grippers provide the best way to connect the rehabilitatedpipeline and other equipment or between sections of rehabilitated pipeline. A tailor-made set of grippersensure that the rehabilitating liner is restrained so as to avoid its movement inside the main pipe. A double gasket – one on the liner and one on the host pipe – ensure the total water-tightness bothinside and outside thus preventing any fluid getting in between the host pipe and its plastic liner.

Recommandations d’installation pour le SMART JOINT PL:Il est recommandé de lire les instructions suivantes avant l’installation.Note: le démontage du joint SMART n’est pas nécessaire.1) Nettoyez la surface de travail sur les extrémités des conduites.2) Placez le raccord sur les extrémités des conduites et procédez à l’insertion.3) Centrez le bord du raccord sur chaque extrémité des conduites.4) Serrez les boulons avec procédé en croix pour maintenir les brides parallèles et assurer une compression correcte du joint.5) Serrez les tasseaux anti-déboîtement6) Vérifi ez le couple de serrage après la mise en pression des conduites.

Couple de serrage boulons: Boulons M12.Voyez les instructions de montage fournies avec les produits.Température max de service: 70° C.

Ce produit doit être installé selon les recommandations d’installation de NOVA SIRIA.

Clean the pipe ends in the area where gaskets will seat.2. Position the coupling on spigot ends and slide it onto the pipe.3. Centre the coupling with respect to each spigot end.4. Lock the bolts in a criss-cross fashion keeping the followers parallel to one another so as to ensure a correct compression of the gasket.5. Test the recommended torque after pressure has been given to the pipeline.

Please read the following instructions before installation.

Note: it is not necessary to dismantle the SMART JOINTS before installation.

1. Clean the pipe ends in the area where gaskets will seat.

2. Position the coupling on spigot ends and slide it onto the pipe.

3. Centre the coupling with respect to each spigot end.

4. Lock the bolts in a criss-cross fashion keeping the followers parallel to one another so as to

ensure a correct compression of the gasket.

5. Test the recommended torque after pressure has been restored in the pipeline.

Recommended torque: M12 bolts: 40 N/m.

Maximum angular defl ection: 4° on each side.

Maximum working Temperature: 70° C.

These products have to be installed according to NOVA SIRIA installation instructions.

Le nouveau joint SMART, soit dans la version normale, soit dans celle à brides, présente un bord de retenue dans la bride de compression.
