A call with Barack … §  Over the weekend, the operations center (referred to as the XOC) for the

federally facilitated marketplace received a call from President Obama complementing everyone on getting the job done. Jon Bakke was kind enough to edit some XOC photo’s into the recording and provide the attached youtube video that includes both photos and the recording of the President’s call.

§  You will hear the President refer to Todd and Denis in his recording. Both Todd and Denis have visited the XOC this past week and the reference to Todd is the United States Chief Technology Officer Todd Park and the reference to Denis is the White House Chief of Staff Denis McDonough. Both are well known to the folks at the XOC.
