We understand and agree that in caseof a check being subsequentlydiscovered to be forged, counterfeit orstolen and also by any reason such aslegal actions or compulsoryintervention by the authorities, it can bereturned after a legally stipulated periodprescribed in that country. If the collection item is returned for these reasons, the Bank is authorized to debit our accountfor the value of the returned item or weundertake to reimburse the Bank for thatamount, plus any charges thereof,irrespective of the length of time takento return the item.

Al Ahli Bank of Kuwait (”the Bank”) willutilize the services of another bankfor our account, however, the bankassumes no liability or responsibilityshould the instructions it transmitsnot be carried out, even if it has itselftaken in the initiative in the choice ofsuch other Bank.
