Out of this wood and stone, using 13 th -century building techniques, a castle is being created. Journey into the past, visit the only construction site of its kind in the world and watch the craftsmen at work : quarrymen, stonemasons, woodcutters, carpenters, blacksmiths, tile makers, basket makers, rope makers and carters will share with you their extraordinary venture. And for Christmas, open on Nov. 29 th , 30 th , December 6 st , 7 th , 13 th ,14 th and everyday from December 20 th , 2014 to January 4 th , 2015. Annual closure on 1 st January and 25 th December.
