Les robinets de prise d’échantillon mis au point par Guichon Valves bénéficient de plus de 50 ans d’expérience dans la conception et la fabrication de robinetterie spéciale. Leurs principales caractéristiques techniques sont :

• Conception éliminant toutes zones mortes • Corps facilement démontable (liaison de type clamp) pour nettoyage rapide entre

chaque batch • Sortie équipée d’un pot de recette en verre pyrex à fermeture par baïonnette avec

capot de protection métal • Qualité de finition intérieure et extérieure : polissage miroir jusqu’à Ra = 0,4 µm • Traçabilité totale des matériaux utilisés et des opérateurs • Large plage d’utilisation : température de -20°C à +170°C, pression allant du vide

industriel à 30 bars • Large choix de matériaux disponibles (corps et internes en inox et alliages spéciaux,

joints type FDA, etc). • Nombreuses variantes de construction et adaptations spéciales : pour tenue au vide,

avec enveloppe chauffante, orifices de purge ou rinçage, fabrication spéciale sur commande.

CUSTOM-MADE SAMPLING VALVES The sampling valves designed by Guichon Valves benefit more than 50 years experience in special valves designing and manufacturing. Main features are :

• Dead areas free design • Easy to dismantle body (clamp type connection) for quick cleaning between each

batch • Outlet branch equipped with tempered glass sampling pot in stainless steel receiver,

quick removal coupling • High quality internal and external surface finish (mirror polished up to Ra = 0,4 µm) • Full traceability of materials and operators • Large range of use : temperature from -20°C to +170°C, pressure from full vacuum to

30 bars • Wide choice of materials available : stainless steel and special alloys, FDA grade

seals • Large choice of design options and special arrangements, for example vacuum tight,
