Visionnaire déterminé et entrepreneur actif dans le milieu des affaires de Montréal, Stéphane Côté a obtenu un diplôme en économie avec une mineure en administration de l’Université du Québec à Montréal en 1992. Détenteur d’une licence d’entrepreneur de la Régie du bâtiment du Québec, il s’intéresse rapidement à des projets de rénovation et de conversion. La transformation en lofts d’un ancien entrepôt de la Baie d’Hudson dans le Vieux-Montréal éveille son intérêt pour l’entreprenariat dans l’immobilier montréalais.
Il fonde en 1998 Développements McGill, dont les bureaux sont situés dans le Vieux-Montréal, au 407 McGill, dans un bâtiment historique. Soutenu par une équipe chevronnée et de solides partenaires, Stéphane Côté dirige la croissance de l’entreprise à Montréal comme ailleurs au Canada. Il est également membre du prestigieux Young President Organization (YPO).

A determined visionary and active entrepreneur in the Montreal business world, Stéphane Côté received a diploma in Economics with a minor in Administration from the Université du Québec à Montréal in 1992. He holds an entrepreneur’s license from the Régie du bâtiment du Québec and has a keen interest in renovation and conversion projects. The transformation of an old Hudson Bay warehouse into lofts in Old Montreal awakened his interest for entrepreneurship in Montreal real estate. In 1998 he founded Développements McGill, whose offices are located in Old Montreal at 407 McGill, in a historic building.
Supported by an experienced team and solid partners, Stéphane Côté is directing the growth of the business in Montreal and elsewhere in Canada. He is also a member of the prestigious Young President Organization (YPO).
