Kozac par son approche audacieuse dans la création d’escaliers sur mesures a réalisé de nombreux ouvrages de prestige lui assurant une reconnaissance unanime.

The tireless creator, Fabrice Liogier, is both the leader and designer of the KOZAK company . His fetish letter « K« , allows him to decline and sign his creations with that ori-ginal and subtle reminder. Always looking for new looks, it combines art and aesthetics to play with the boundaries of design in space and volume.

Thanks to its approach and bold-ness in creating custom stairs and the signing of numerous works of prestige, KOZAK enjoys a unani-mous recognition.

De nombreuses et prestigieuses parutions ont déjà fait l ’éloge du travail réalisé soulignant ainsi cette nouvelle forme d’expression. Longtemps banalisée par une réalité fonctionnelle, la tendance est aujourd’hui à l ’escalier personnalisé sur mesures. Jouant avec divers matériaux, KOZAC s’emploie à fa-voriser des lignes contemporaines pour donner à ses ouvrages un esprit aérien . Pour aller au bout de ses projets, KOZAC dispose d’une équipe de technico-commerciaux en mesure de définir les avant-projets. In less than ten years, Kozak has become one of the indispensable designers in decoration and the deve-lopment of interior architecture, with its stairs, its furni-ture, doors and other fine metalwork. This was quickly noticed by the media of decoration which offered broad coverage for its recognition and fame. Many prestigious publications have praised the work of hi-ghlighting other forms of expression, his taste for work and art. Long trivialized by a functional reality, the trend is now to custom made staircases. Ces escaliers à ossature métallique de finition brute et vernie, disposent de marches en verre clair (12.12.4) positionnées dans un cadre d’acier. Leur garde-corps en fer plat acier est cintré au départ, pour souligner sans la marquer, l ’élégance de sa ligne.

These stairs with a raw and varnished metallic frame finishing , have clear glass steps (12-12-4) positioned in a steel frame. Their rai-ling steel flat bar is bent at the start,to underline the elegance of its line without marking it.


Dans cet intérieur, la main courante répond graphiquement à l ’esprit élancé du KOCENTRIK. Le garde-corps totem de verre assure la sécurité avec finesse et légèreté sans rompre la dynamique de l’escalier.

In this interior, the handrail meets graphically the slender aspect of KOCENTRIK. The totem glass railing ensures safety with thinness and lightness without breaking the momentum of the staircase.

Deux limons latéraux définissent l ’escalier KOLATERAL. Ici, la tôle plane permet le rayonnement de cet escalier demi-tournant. La finition de la structure oxydée à l ’acide puis stabilisée au Rustol® conjuguée au brossage (grain 220) du garde-corps Inox, contribuent à la beauté de l ’ouvrage.

Cet escalier cousu main pour son créateur, joue avec les matériaux, l ’acier, le bois et le verre pour le rendre presque invisible. Noter la présence d’un palier au départ, une touche originale qui sert de trait d’union entre le sol et l’escalier pour accentuer l’effet de profondeur.

This staircase hand-sewn for its creator, plays with materials, steel, wood and glass to make it almost invisible. Note the presence of a plateau at the beginning, a twist that serves as a link between the floor and the stairs to emphasize the depth-effect.

L’escalier AKKO est caractérisé par sa silhouette de tôle pliée tel un origami. Le décalage de la crémaillère en sous face rend cet effet visuel possible. KONSOlL’escalier KONSOL, est un ouvrage minimaliste surréaliste, un escalier suspendu, maintenu par une simple structure solidement fixée sur le mur porteur ( béton banché ou parpaings « SPOC »).Dans l ’ouvrage ci contre : Marches caisson en chêne, main courante en fer plat inox brossé (grain 220) positionnée sur chant, et un totem de verre en trois panneaux, et son garde-corps de trémie en verre dans un serreur, sont les trois nobles ingrédients de cet escalier de caractère.

The Konsol staircase is a work (surrealistic and minimalist), a suspended staircase, while being maintained by a simple structure firmly fixed to the bearing wall (poured concrete or SPOC concrete block)In the opposite work : steps with oak cabinet, a handrail in brushed stainless steel flat bar (grain 220) positioned on edge, and a totem of three glass panels, and its railings of a glass funnel, are the three noble ingredients of this character staircase.

eliKOL’escalier ELIKO, dont les marches s’enroulent autour d’un axe, permet une implantation rationnelle de l ’espace tout en gardant un confort maximal. Il se dessine de façon circulaire ou peut s’inscrire dans une forme carrée. Ici, l ’escalier est conçu sur un plan carré, avec marches et totem garde-corps en verre. (NB: un ruban de LED vient souligner la ligne de l ’ouvrage).

L’ELIKOFLAM se caractérise par un limon intérieur enroulé, tel une flamme et un limon extérieur enrubannant les marches. Cette sculpture fonctionnelle sublime un intérieur. Tel une volute, ce brin d’ADN déployé est le fleuron et le prestige de toute la maîtrise d’un métier.Ci-contre, les marches en verre serties dans un cadre, va-lorise le côté léger et aérien. La structure en acier laissée brut, avec sa texture non uniforme vernie s’inscrit dans la tendance actuelle des finitions.

Un brin de technique pour rendre cet ou-vrage autoportant, un brin de luxe grâce à la qualité du matériau DuPont™ Corian®, ce nouveau joyau sobre s’inscrit dans la volonté d’allier technique, design, et matériau noble. L’absence de garde-corps et sa main courante en inox fixée au mur trace la dernière finesse de sa ligne.

Realization born of a strong demand for the pleasure of having a staircase whose steps are suspended. Rien ne contrarie sa ligne, sa rampe minimaliste continue avec ses montants subtilement positionnés, elle s’intègre à tous les types d’inté-rieurs. Le fût central qui s’arrête sous la dalle, offre pour la première fois à l’escalier hélicoïdal une vision profonde de l’espace.En acier naturel, patiné, peint, oxydé verni, sablé, verni, laqué customisé, sa finition peut être imaginée à l ’infini.

Spiral staircase, redesigned for a trip between two levels of the house, with the illusion of levitation. Une fois le principe de construction de l’escalier défini, il vous reste à selectionner le choix des matèriaux pour la structure.

La structure (escalier et garde-corps) peut être traitée de diverses façons. Acier brut, aspect naturel pour le plaisir de la matière, Inox brossé pour le jeu des contrastes et Inox poli miroir pour une finition d’exception.

Peu de limites pour le choix des matériaux constituant l’as-sise de la marche. L’acier, le bois, le verre conviennent à tous les décors, mais aujourd’hui des matériaux plus novateurs sont facilement intégrables, tels le Corian®, le Bencore®, le béton Concrete®... et cela grâce à une étroite collabora-tion avec nos partenaires fournisseurs de ces produits. Nos escaliers sont livrés sans peinture, laquage ou vernis.

Once the basic de-sign of the staircase defined, a collec-tive process which implies the actors of the desired de-sign (architect and client), of the pos-sible techniques (the architect and desi-gner) and the user of the place allows to give the project its final character traits. To do so, according to the desires and expectations, we are

guided by different choices of materials and finishes possible applications for the harmony between the structure and comfort elements to complete each other.The structure (stairs and railings) can be treated in various ways. Crude steel, natural look for the pleasure of the material, brushed stainless steel for the play of contrasts and for an exceptional finish, stainless steel mirror polished. Few limits for the choice of materials constituting the base of the stair. Steel suits any decor, wood provides a warm aspect, and glass provides a total transparency to be forgotten.More innovative materials are easy to integrate, such as Corian ®, Bencore ®, concrete Concrete ® ... and that through close collaboration with our suppliers. Les marches caissons déstructurées en Ductal® et le garde-corps en verre intégré, donnent l ’impression de traverser la plaque de verre en créant des stands artifi-ciels.

This custom-built staircase dressing the lobby of a prestigious Paris department store on the Champs Elysees is made with double stringers for a good structural base. The unstructured Ductal® box steps and railings in integrated glass give the impression of crossing the glass plate by crea-ting artificial stands.

La particularité de cet escalier dessiné pour l ’agence d’Architecture Magnin du Sauzey, se situe dans la réalisation de limon crémaillère en UPN (80mm) avec marches et contremarches acoustiques en tôle double face et remplissage laine de roche compressée.

The peculiarity of this staircase designed for the firm Magnin, lies in the realization of UPN silt rack (80mm) with steps and risers with acoustic double- sided sheet and compressed mineral wool filling.

Fabuleuse création née de la volonté d’un client et de la disponibilité totale de son concepteur pour en assurer la réalisation. Limons intérieurs et extérieurss constitués d’une tôle épaisse, formant un garde-corps rampant. Supports de marches et contremarches en tôle pliée, assoient les plateaux en bois clair.La sous face est réalisée en staff, et peinte pour accentuer encore l’effet d’hélice. Les gardes-corps entourant la trémie circulaire et bordant la coursive ont été imaginés en verre bombé pour laisser à l’escalier le privilège du prestige du lieu.

Fabulous creation born from the desire of a customer and the total availability of its designer to ensure its implementation. Inner and outer stringers made by rolling a thick plate, forming a craw-ling balustrade . The supports of steps and risers made of bent sheet metal, clear wooden platform, characteristic of the region. The underside is made of staff, and painted to accentuate the effect of propeller. The railings surrounding the round cavity and along the corridor have been designed in glass and curved glass, to allow the staircase the privilege of the prestige of the place.

Imposant de présence et de légèreté cet escalier signe l ’espace de vente d’une grande marque de cosmétique Place de la Madeleine à Paris. Les limons débillardés pincent le verre bombé, laissé libre dans sa hauteur, pour une rampe légère et protectrice presque absente. Une main courante détachée de l’ouvrage offre son concours pour une utilisation plus agréable. Signe de robustesse, et élément acoustique incon-testable, un plateau de pierre reconstitué a été posé sur la structure acier de la marche.

Imposing and light presence ,this staircase signs the sales area of a great brand of perfume in Paris. Stringers pinch the curved glass staircases, left free in its height, a light and protective ,almost absent handrail. A handrail separated from the work offers its support for a more enjoyable use . A sign of strength, and an undeniable,acoustic element a platform of reconstituted stone was laid on the steel struc-ture of the stair.
