GENERAL CONDITIONS

• For customer accurateness concerning food service, please check the conditions noted in each of the products.

• Buffets with gastronomic themes for conventions, do not include any type of decorations for the venue, the buffet itself or staff’s apparel.

• Please bear in mind this information for the following products:

- Seafood: 150 minutes of exposure to environment.

- Cheese: 150 minutes of exposure to environment.

• Personnel required for Buffet Service:

- Kitchen: 2 persons to serve on each product line

- Waiters: one person for every 20 people.

• Service personnel required for Served Menu:

- Waiters: one person for every 12 people in a 3 tempo service.

• In case that the group or the event exceeds the guarantee stipulated in the Banquet Kit, it should be ascertained with the Food & Beverage

Director before quoting the event.

• According to Hotel Policies, uncorking’s price has to be previously agreed between the parties, and only up to 50% of the liquor to be consumed

is permitted, amount that shall be duly stamped and sealed by the Colombian Taxes & Custom Division “DIAN”, Bolivar Department Rent as well as to supplier.
