` AQUATEK system is an integrated waterproofing system based on
cementations products of the latest generation
` AQUATEK SUPER XA is a hybrid cement based slurry for thewaterproofing of concrete, which both acts as a water repellent coatingthrough the saturation of the capillary system.
` As a coating it forms a membrane, impervious to water but allowing
water vapour to pass.
` As a crystalline system it penetrates deep into the capillary network
of the concrete and reacts with the water and the free lime to block
the concrete capillary network.` Although the depth of penetration and extent of chemical reaction
depend on the type of concrete, its compaction etc,..

WATERPROOFING
After the reaction, the chemical agents of AQUATEK SUPER XA form an insolublecompound which blocks the capillary network and thus renders the concrete impervious.The surface coating is also water repellent.

There should be sufficient free lime in the concrete.

Surface to be waterproofed should be examined for structural defects.

Protect the treated surface for the min. period of 24 hrs
Sun and Wind
Protect the application against the evaporation and keepit moist.

Keep covered with insulating material.
Application Temperature.
Minimum : +5oC, Maximum : 50oC.
Ventilation

essential to apply this coat on a rough surface. Clean the hardened waterproofedsurface and apply a bonding slurry prior to the rendering.
