Conclusion• Kétamine: prévention de l’hyperalgésie périopératoire d’origine centrale secondaire aux morphiniques +++ et à la chirurgie (effet partiel et plus discuté). • Administration peropératoire: effet prolongé postopératoire.
• Poursuite de l’administration en postopératoire dans le cadre de protocoles d’analgésie (pas de preuve):
- résultats encourageants dans les premières études
- peu d’effets indésirables
