Ms. Spencers itemized project experience and responsibilities are listed below in detail.Project Experience ADA Curb Ramp Improvements, Jacksonville, Florida 32202 & 32204 Construction Inspector/Assistant Project ManagerMs. Spencers duties for this project included Inspecting the construction of identified access ramps to ensure compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Ramps identified are demolished, re-formed in accordance with ADA regulations, and filled with fresh concrete at the appropriate slope, which was measured and confirmed by the use of a Smart Tool Level. The placement of warning mats at appropriate lengths and widths were also affixed at each ramp. It was Ms. Spencers responsibility to ensure all regulations were followed during all phases of the project. She was also named the Point of Contact among the Contractor and the Project Manager/Project Engineer for C&ES. While in that capacity, Ms. Spencer satisfied all complaints from residents in areas of construction safeguarding the City of Jacksonville, as well as the Contractor.Contract Amount: $2,000,000.00Murray Hill Arts Center ADA Renovations, Jacksonville, Florida Department of Parks, Recreation, & Community Services Project ManagerMs. Spencer served as Project Manager for the Murray Hill Arts Center ADA Renovations project. The purpose of this project was to renovate the center, inside and outside, making it ADA compliant, and to improve the functionality of the work areas. It included the addition of a new ADA compliant sidewalk and ramp approaching the new extension of the porch (back entrance) area, bath and toiletry upgrades, HVAC and electrical upgrades, newly installed hand and guardrails, new flooring, and the addition of a new cabinet storage area. Additional responsibilities of Ms. Spencer included the reviewing of shop drawings, responding to Contractor RFIs, addressing citizen complaints and coordinating with the City ADA Compliance Officer. Contract Amount: $185,000.00Yates Parking Garage ADA Upgrades, Jacksonville, Florida Civil Engineer InternThis project called for ADA compliance upgrades to the existing parking facility located in downtown Jacksonville. A total of 12 new ADA compliant parking spaces were featured in the design, as well as a new entry ramp meeting ADA slope requirements. By way of the AutoCad Civil 3D software, Ms. Spencer created the design; including a demolition layout, a new grading plan with appropriate elevations, and a new site geometry plan incorporating all associated dimensions, ADA compliance notes and details, and pavement markings. Included in the Civil plans were also a Maintenance of Traffic plan, and Erosion Control plan with details and notes.

Project Experience Contd.Oceanway Senior Center Parking Lot Improvements, Jacksonville, Florida Civil Engineer InternThis project allowed Ms. Spencer to provide a design for parking lot improvements of the Senior Center located in the Oceanway area. The design produced more efficient parking of automobiles, and ease of access to the Center for the Senior Transportation buses. The new design consisted of three (3) individual parking lot options incorporating parallel and angled parking. By way of the AutoCad Civil 3D software, Ms. Spencer created the design; including a demolition layout, new asphalt grading elevations, new geometry to be incorporated all associated pavement markings, as well as a Maintenance of Traffic plan with details and notes.Pine Forest Infrastructure Improvements, Project Area 2, Jacksonville, Florida Department of Public Works Civil Engineer InternThis project consists of designing paving and drainage improvements and incidental utility adjustments to four (4) streets within the Pine Forest area, all located north of Emerson Street. The limits of work and proposed design improvements will include, but may not be limited to the following: Milling and resurfacing asphalt pavement streets New City Standard Curb & Gutter to be placed on selective streets New 5 wide sidewalk to be installed on selective streets Repair/replace existing curb & gutter as needed Collection of runoff trapped in areas of concernJacksonville University Parking Lot Improvements, Jacksonville, Florida Civil Engineer InternThis design project called for parking lot improvements at the Jacksonville University Campus. The design called for the addition of faculty and student parking areas to be incorporated within the existing parking area. The final design featured the addition of 11 total parking areas, creating approximately 165 additional parking for the JU community.Cecil Field Commerce Center, Jacksonville, Florida Assistant Project ManagerMs. Spencer was responsible for the oversight of carpet installation at building 6, as well as 2 hanger adjustments. Contract Amount: $108,000.00Jacksonville Transit Authority Route Optimization, Jacksonville, Florida Assistant Project ManagerThis project was a transit route improvements initiative, aiming to improve the appearance of bus stops throughout the City of Jacksonville, as well as optimizing the routing system. Some of Ms. Spencers duties for this project included providing document control of Certified Payroll for all associated Subcontractors. Ms. Spencer also provided field monitoring services of laborers during scheduled concrete pours at the site location. Contract Amount: $267,000.001736 Silver Street Renovation, Jacksonville, Florida Assistant Project ManagerThis was a historical home renovation project, located in the Springfield Historical District of Jacksonville. Responsibilities included, but were not limited to, preparing and administering all sub-contract agreements, preparing detailed schedule of Subcontractors performing various scopes of work beginning with the form and framing crew, plumber, windows and doors contractors, electricians, drywall contractors, roofers, painters, and carpenters. Ms. Spencer also prepared Certified Payroll in accordance with applicable statutes and resulting payment applications throughout the life of the project.Contract Amount: $200,000.00Fresh Ministries, Jacksonville, Florida Assistant Project ManagerThis project consisted of the renovation of an existing ~10,000 SF, 2-story building. Building is to be made into a business training and mentoring center. Construction included the erection of a new CMU block elevator shaft, new stairwells, and partition walls for offices and classrooms. Some of Ms. Spencers responsibilities included document control and oversight of contract administration for all Subcontractors. Contract Administration included the actual contract agreements, Section 3 Labor required documents and forms, and all New Hires information. She also prepared Certified Payroll in accordance with applicable statutes and resulting payment applications throughout the life of the project. Contract Amount: $1,000,000.00
