✓ Cette activité est orientée vers

l’apprentissages des techniques de

dessin.

✓ Dans un premier temps, les élèves

découvriront les instruments indispensables à la création

artistique : le crayon graphite, la

gomme et l’estompe. Outillés des ces objets ils pourront travailler les

diverses nuances d’ombres et de jeu avec la lumière.

✓ La seconde étape sera orientée

vers la découverte du crayon aquarelle avec la couleur et

l ’ut i l isat ion de l ’eau comme médium et du pinceau.

✓ La troisième étape sera dédiée à la

découverte du carton toile ou toile et de la peinture acrylique.

ARTS VISUELS

✓ This activity is oriented towards

learning drawing techniques.

RÈGLEMENT INTÉRIEURDES ACTIVITÉS EXTRA-SCOLAIRES

PREAMBULE

Les activités extra-scolaires (AES) représentent un enjeu majeur participant à la réussite de nos élèves. Au moyen des activités extra-scolaires, le Lycée Français Jean Mermoz contribue à favoriser l’épanouissement des élèves et à développer leur curiosité intellectuelle. Le présent règlement a pour but de fixer les règles de fonctionnement essentielles à la sécurité et au bien-être de nos élèves.

ARTICLE 1 - MODALITÉS D’INSCRIPTIONS

✓ Les inscriptions s’effectuent via la plateforme en ligne Eduka.

✓ Les AES sont planifiées sur deux périodes : ‣ Semestre 1 : du dimanche 15 septembre

2019 au jeudi 13 février 2020. ‣ Semestre 2 : du dimanche 23 février 2020 au

jeudi 18 juin 2019 (Les AES seront maintenus pendant le mois de Ramadan annoncé sous réserve de confirmation du 24 avril au 24 mai 2020).

✓ Les places aux AES sont limitées et attribuées selon l’ordre d’inscription.

✓ L’inscription en liste d’attente est possible : en cas de désistement d’un participant, la coordonnatrice des AES prendra contact avec les parents des élèves.

✓ Les activités comptabilisant un nombre insuffisant de participants seront annulées.

ARTICLE 2 - TARIFS & PAIEMENT

✓ Les tarifs des AES sont indiqués sur la plateforme Eduka.

✓ Le service comptabilité adresse par courriel une facture détaillée du montant à régler ainsi que l’échéance de paiement.

✓ Aucun remboursement ne sera effectué en cours de semestre en cas de fermeture exceptionnelle de l’établissement, d’absences d’élève et de désinscription.

ARTICLE 3 - PRISE EN CHARGE DES ÉLÈVES

✓ Les AES ont lieu du dimanche au jeudi de 14H30 à 16H00.

✓ Les intervenants prennent en charge les élèves dans les lieux de rassemblement prévus : ‣ maternel le : en sa l le de motr ic i té

(accompagnement des élèves assuré par l’ASEM) ; ‣ primaire : au gymnase (en autonomie).

✓ En cas d’absence exceptionnelle d’un intervenant, une autre activité sera proposée.

✓ À la fin des AES, tous les élèves sont réunis dans la cour de récréation. ‣ DÉPART BUS : les accompagnatrices

récupèrent les enfants dans la cour et les accompagnent au bus. L’accès situé près du parking des autobus est strictement r é s e r v é a u p a s s a g e d e s é l è v e s bénéficiant du service de transport scolaire. ‣ DÉPART PARENTS : les parents accèdent à

l’établissement par l’entrée principale uniquement. Les parents ou autre adulte désigné par la famille se signalent auprès de la coordonnatrice AES pour récupérer l’enfant.

✓ Aucun parent n’est autorisé à récupérer son enfant avant la fin des activités.

ARTICLE 4 - DISCIPLINE

✓ En cas d’absence exceptionnelle de l’enfant à l ’ac t i v i té , l es parents prév iennent la c o o r d o n n a t r i c e A E S p a r é c r i t à [email protected].

✓ La tenue requise pour les activités sportives (football, capoeira, danse, gymnastique, multisports...) est l’uniforme de sport du Lycée Français Jean Mermoz. Le port de la casquette est indispensable pour les activités dispensées en extérieur. Dans le cadre de l’activité natation, prévoir bonnet, maillot, serviette, lunettes. LE PORT DU BONNET EST OBLIGATOIRE.

✓ Le port de bijoux et de montres est interdit pour toutes les activités physiques et sportives.

✓ Chaque élève participant aux AES doit respecter les règles de bonne conduite. L’indiscipline répétée peut entraîner l’exclusion de l’enfant.

✓ Il n’y a pas de collation au début des activités extra-scolaires.

EXTRACURRICULAR ACTIVITIESPOLICY

PREAMBLE

After-school activities (AES) represent a major challenge for the success of our students. Through extracurricular activities, the Lycée Français Jean Mermoz contributes to the development of students and to the development of their intellectual curiosity. The purpose of this by-law is to establish the operating rules essential to the safety and well-being of our students.

ARTICLE 1 - REGISTRATION PROCEDURES

✓ Registration is done via the Eduka online platform.

✓ The AES are planned over two semesters: ‣ Semester 1: from Sunday 15 September to

Thursday 23 February 2019. ‣ Semester 2: from Sunday 23 February 2019

to Thursday 18 June 2020 (The AES will be maintained during the month of Ramadan announced subject to confirmation from April 24 to May 24, 2020).).

✓ Places at the AES are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

✓ Registration on the waiting list is possible: in the event of a participant's withdrawal, the AES coordinator will contact the students' parents.

✓ Activ i t ies with insufficient numbers of participants will be cancelled.

ARTICLE 2 - RATES & PAYMENT

✓ AES rates are indicated on the Eduka platform. ✓ The accounting department sends an email

with a detailed invoice for the amount to be paid and the payment due date.

✓ No refund will be made during the semester in the event of an exceptional closure of the school, student absences or unsubscription.

ARTICLE 3 - STUDENT CARE

✓ The AES takes place from Sunday to Thursday from 2:30 pm to 4:00 pm.

✓ The coaches take care of the students in the planned gathering places:

‣ Kindergarten: in the motricity room (supervised by Teacher Assistants);

‣ primary: in the gym (in autonomy). ✓ In the exceptional absence of a coach, another

activity will be proposed. ✓ At the end of the AES, all the students are

gathered in the playground. ‣ BUS DEPARTURE: the bus attendant

picks up the children in the playground and lead them to the bus. Access located near the bus parking lot is strictly reserved for students using the school bus service.

‣ PARENT DEPARTURE: Parents access the school through the main entrance only. Parents or other adults designated by the family contact the AES coordinator to pick up the child.

✓ No parent is allowed to pick up their child before the end of the activities.

ARTICLE 4 - DISCIPLINE

✓ In the event of the child's exceptional absence from the activity, parents must notify the AES coordinator in writing at [email protected].

✓ The sports uniform of the Lycée Français Jean Mermoz is compulsory for sports activities (football, capoeira, dance, gymnastics, multi-sports...). Wearing a cap is essential for outdoor activities. As part of the swimming activity, bring a hat, jersey, towel, glasses. WEARING A SWIMMING CAP IS MANDATORY.

✓ The wearing of jewellery and watches is prohibited for all physical and sporting activities.

✓ Each student participating in the AES must respect the rules of good conduct. Repeated indiscipline can lead to the exclusion of the child.

✓ There is no snack at the beginning of extracurricular activities.
