INFORMAZIONI GENERALI

I numeri in parentesi a fianco della denominazionedell’albergo si riferiscono al numero di camere(C.), dei letti (L.) e dei bagni (B.).

In conformità alle regole già attuate in altri PaesiEuropei, la classificazione degli alberghi vienericonosciuta dal Comune competente per territorioed è espressa con un numero di stelle (da 1 a 5),tanto più alto quanto più elevata è la categoria.

I prezzi degli alberghi si riferiscono a camere conbagno, sono espressi in euro nella misura massima(max.) dichiarata dall’albergatore, e sono dispostisu due righe:- la prima in alto si riferisce alla bassa stagione(fino al 20 giugno e dal 1° settembre in poi);- la riga in basso all’alta stagione (dal 21 giugnoal 31 agosto, dal 20 dicembre al 7 gennaio eperiodo Pasquale in concomitanza con le vacanzescolastiche italiane).

I prezzi di pensione completa si applicano per unapermanenza non inferiore a 3 giorni e si intendonoper persona.

L’I.V.A. (Imposta sul Valore Aggiunto) è compresanel prezzo.

I prezzi non comprendono bevande e servizi extra.

I dati contenuti nel presente annuario sono desuntidalle denunce prezzi per il 2009, presentate daogni singolo operatore alla Provincia di Riminientro il 1° ottobre 2008 e dalle informazionifornite dai Comuni.

I prezzi riportati possono subire variazioni apartire dal 01.06.2009.

Eventuali reclami, relativi alla correttaapplicazione dei prezzi ed alla struttura ricettiva,possono essere presentati negli uffici I.A.T. -Informazioni e Accoglienza Turistica, situati nelterritorio della Provincia di Rimini, che fornisconola loro assistenza e ne curano l’eventuale inoltro aicompetenti enti.

Le controversie fra datore d’alloggio e ospite sonoregolamentate dalle norme vigenti (leggi,regolamenti, usi e consuetudini in materia diturismo).

Leggi, Decreti, Usi e Consuetudini in materia di turismo

Il prezzo alberghiero- L’albergatore ha facoltà di diversificare il prezzoa suo criterio, entro il massimo denunciato. (L.284 del 25/8/91 e L.R. 16/2004).- I prezzi devono essere esposti nel locale adibitoal servizio di ricevimento e nelle camere suappositi cartellini. (Decreto M.T. 16/10/91 e L.R.16/2004).- Il prezzo di pensione completa per persona vienepraticato per un soggiorno che raggiunga ilminimo di tre giorni di permanenza continua inalbergo. Può essere applicato il prezzo alla cartadei servizi prestati per un soggiorno inferiore ai 3giorni. (RDL 2049/1935).

La prenotazione- La legge italiana non disciplina espressamente il“contratto d’albergo”. Poiché la validità delcontratto è data dal consenso delle particontraenti, ciò può avvenire sia in forma orale chein forma scritta. L’assenza di una documentazionepuò determinare tuttavia difficoltà di soluzione adeventuali controversie, è quindi consigliabile chela prenotazione avvenga per iscritto e per iscrittoconfermata. (Raccolta Provinciale Usi).- All’arrivo in albergo, sistemazioni ocaratteristiche alberghiere non conformi allaprenotazione, se accettate dal turista, annullanoogni precedente accordo. Se non accettate, dannodiritto alla sistemazione in altro albergo di paricategoria o di categoria superiore. In caso didisparità di prezzo, l’albergatore è tenuto alpagamento della differenza. La caparra- Se il cliente rinuncia al soggiorno per cui avevaanticipato una caparra, l’albergatore può ritenerlaa scopo d’indennizzo.- Se l’inadempiente è l’albergatore, il cliente hadiritto al raddoppio di caparra. (C.C. artt. 1385,1386).

La partenza anticipata- La partenza anticipata rispetto al periodoprenotato può comportare l’applicazione di unapenale fino ad un massimo di tre volte il prezzo dicamera. (Raccolta Provinciale Usi).

La responsabilità dell’albergatore- La responsabilità dell’albergatore per furti odanneggiamenti di oggetti di proprietà dei clienti èprevista in apposite disposizioni di legge (C.C.artt. 1783, 1784, 1785, 1786).

GENERAL INFORMATION

The numbers in brackets alongside the hotel nameindicate the number of rooms (C.), beds (L.) andbathrooms (B.) available.

In line with the regulations already in force inother European countries, hotel classification isexpressed by a star rating system (from 1 to 5),which has been recognised by the competent localMunicipality and in which the greater the numberof stars, the higher the category.

The hotel prices refer to rooms with en-suitebathroom. They are on two lines and are expressedin euro at the maximum rate (max.) declared bythe hotelier:- the first line refers to low season (until 20th Juneand from 1st September onwards);- the second line refers to high season (from 21st

June until 31st August, from 20th December until 7th

January and the Easter period, in concomitancewith Italian school holidays).

Full-board prices are valid for stays of not lessthan 3 nights and are intended as per person.

Prices are inclusive of V. A. T. (Value Added Tax).

Prices do not include drinks or any additionalservices.

The data contained in this yearbook is based on2009 price declarations, which were submitted byeach individual operator to the Province of Riminiby 1st October 2008, and on the informationsupplied by the Municipalities.

Prices quoted may be subject to variations from01.06.2009 onwards.

Any claims concerning correct price applicationsand accommodation can be presented to the I.A.T.(Tourist Information) Offices of the Province ofRimini, who will be pleased to assist in suchmatters and will undertake to forward the relevantcomplaints to the bodies concerned.

Disputes between hoteliers and guests areregulated by the current provisions in force (laws,regulations, uses and practices in the tourismsector).

Laws, Decrees, Uses and Practices in the Tourism Sector

Hotel prices- Hoteliers reserve the right to determine roomcharges providing they fall within the declaredmaximum rate (Law no. 284 of 25/8/91 andRegional Law 16/2004).- Prices must be clearly stated on special displaycards both in the hotel reception and in rooms(M.T. Decree 16/10/91 and Regional Law16/2004).- Full-board prices per person are applicable forcontinuous stays of a minimum of three nights atthe same hotel. Different prices may be applied forservices provided for guests staying less than threenights. (RDL no. 2049/1935).

Bookings- Italian law does not expressly regulate “hotelcontracts”. The validity of a contract is based onthe consensus of the two parties involved, whichmay be agreed either verbally or in writing. As theabsence of any documentation makes it difficult toresolve disputes, it is advisable to ensure that bothbookings and confirmations are made in writing.(Usi Provincial Archive).- On arrival at the hotel, tourists who find thateither the accommodation arrangements or hotelfeatures do not conform to the booking made, maychoose to accept them, yet by doing so, effectivelyannul any previous agreements made. If, however,they do not accept them, they have the right to beprovided with accommodation in another hotel inthe same category or in a superior category. Thehotelier will be held responsible for settling anydifferences in price. (Usi Provincial Archive).

Deposits- Advance deposits paid by clients whosubsequently cancel bookings may be retained bythe hotelier as compensation.If the hotelier cancels the client’s reservation, theclient has the right to claim back double thedeposit paid. (Civil Code paragraphs 1385 and1386).

Early departures- If clients depart earlier than the foreseen date,they may be required to pay a penalty of up to amaximum of three times the room price (UsiProvincial Archive).

Hoteliers’ responsibilities- The hotelier’s responsibility for the theft of, ordamage to, the property of clients is outlined inspecial legal provisions (Civil Code paragraphs1783, 1784, 1785 and 1786).

ALLGEMEINE INFORMATIONEN

Die in Klammern hinter dem Hotelnamenaufgeführten Zahlen beziehen sich auf die Anzahlder Zimmer (C.), Betten (L.) und Badezimmer(B.).

In Übereinstimmung mit bereits in andereneuropäischen Ländern bestehenden Vorschriftenwird die Hotelkategorie durch die zuständigeGemeinde anhand einer Anzahl von Sternen (1 -5) zuerkannt; je höher die Anzahl der Sterne,desto höher die Kategorie.

Die Hotelpreise beziehen sich auf ein Zimmer mitBad. Es sind vom Hotelier angegebene, in Euroformulierte Maximalpreise (max.); angeordnet inzwei Zeilen:- die erste oben bezieht sich auf die Vor- undNachsaison (bis zum 20. Juni und ab dem 1.September);- die untere auf die Hauptsaison (vom 21. Junibis zum 31. August, vom 20. Dezember bis zum 7.Januar, die Osterzeit in Übereinstimmung mit denitalienischen Schulferien).

Die Vollpensionspreise verstehen sich für einenAufenthalt von mindestens drei Tagen pro Person.

Die Mehrwertsteuer (I.V.A.) ist im Preisinbegriffen.

Nicht inbegriffen sind Getränke und zusätzlicheServiceleistungen.

Die im vorliegenden Hotelverzeichnisangegebenen Daten wurden den Meldungen dereinzelnen Hotels für das Jahr 2009, die bis zum1.Oktober 2008 bei der Provinz von Riminieingereicht worden sind, und den Informationenseitens der Gemeinden entnommen.

Die Preise können ab dem 01.06.2009 geändertwerden.

Evtl. Beschwerden wegen nicht korrekter Preiseoder einer mangelhaften Beherbergung können ineinem der I.A.T. Büros (Touristeninformation und-aufnahme) der Provinz Rimini eingereichtwerden. Hier erhalten Sie Beistand und IhreBeschwerde wird ggf. an die zuständige Behördeweitergeleitet.

Streitfälle zwischen Hotel und Gast werden nachden geltenden Bestimmungen geregelt (Gesetze,Vorschriften, Gebräuche und Gewohnheiten imTourismusbereich).

Gesetze, Dekrete, Gebräuche undGewohnheiten im Tourismusbereich

Der Hotelpreis- Das Hotel ist berechtigt, den Preis bis hin zumangegebenen Maximum nach seinen Kriterien zuvariieren (Gesetz Nr. 284 vom 25.8.91 undRegionalgesetz 16/2004).- Die Preise müssen im Empfangsbereich und inden Zimmern auf dafür vorgesehenen Tafelnausgehängt werden (Dekret M.T. 16.10.91undRegionalgesetz 16/2004).- Der Vollpensionspreis pro Person gilt bei einemAufenthalt von mindestens drei aufeinanderfolgenden Tagen. Bei einem Aufenthalt vonweniger als drei Tagen kann ein Preis auf Basisder Preisliste für den erbrachten Service verlangtwerden (RDL Nr. 2049/1935).

Die Buchung- Der “Beherbergungsvertrag” wird vomitalienischen Gesetz nicht ausdrücklich geregelt.Weil die Gültigkeit des Vertrages durch denKonsens der Vertragsparteien gegeben ist, kanndies sowohl in mündlicher wie in schriftlicherForm geschehen. Dennoch kann das Fehlen einerDokumentation Schwierigkeiten für die Lösungevtl. Kontroversen bewirken; deshalb ist es ratsam,dass die Buchung schriftlich erfolgt und schriftlichbestätigt wird (Provinz-Sammlung derGebräuche).- Wenn bei der Ankunft im Hotel dieUnterbringung oder andereBeherbergungsmerkmale, die nicht der Buchungentsprechen, vom Touristen akzeptiert werden,annullieren sie jede vorhergehende Vereinbarung.Falls sie nicht akzeptiert werden, ergibt sich dasRecht auf Unterbringung in einem anderen Hausgleicher oder höherer Kategorie. Beiunterschiedlichem Preis ist das Hotel gehalten, dieDifferenz zu zahlen (Provinz-Sammlung derGebräuche).

Die Anzahlung- Wenn der Kunde den Aufenthalt, für den er eineAnzahlung geleistet hat, nicht antritt, kann dasHotel sie als Entschädigung einbehalten.- Hält das Hotel sich hingegen nicht an denVertrag, hat der Kunde Anrecht auf eineVerdopplung dieser Anzahlung (BürgerlichesGesetzbuch Art. 1385, 1386).

Vorzeitige Abreise- Eine Abreise vor dem Ende des gebuchtenZeitraums kann zur Anwendung einer Strafeführen, die maximal den dreifachen Zimmerpreisausmachen darf (Provinz-Sammlung derGebräuche).

Die Verantwortung des Hotels- Die Verantwortung des Hotels bei Diebstählenoder Beschädigungen am Eigentum der Kunden istin eigenen Gesetzen geregelt (BürgerlichesGesetzbuch Art. 1783, 1784, 1785, 1786).

INFORMATIONS GENERALES

Conformément aux règles appliquées dansd’autres pays européens, la classification deshôtels est approuvée par la Mairie compétentepour chaque territoire et est exprimée par unnombre d’étoiles (de 1 à 5) d’autant plus élevé quel’est la catégorie.

Les prix des hôtels se réfèrent à des chambresavec salle de bains et correspondent aux tarifsmaximaux (max.) déclarés par l’hôtelier; ils sontexprimés en euros et placés sur deux lignes:- la ligne supérieure concerne la basse saison(jusqu’au 20 juin et à partir du 1er septembre);- la ligne inférieure se rapporte à la pleine saison(du 21 juin au 31 août, du 20 décembre au 7janvier et la période de Pâques coïncidant avec lesvacances scolaires italiennes).

Les tarifs de pension complète sont applicablespour un séjour minimum de 3 jours et s’entendentpar personne.

La T.V.A. (Taxe sur la valeur ajoutée) est comprisedans le prix.

Les prix ne comprennent ni les boissons ni lesservices extra.

Les données contenues dans le présent annuairesont tirées des déclarations officielles des prixpour l’année 2009, présentées par chaque hôtelierau bureau compétent de la Province de Riminiavant le 1er octobre 2008, ainsi que desrenseignements fournis par les Mairies.

Les prix indiqués sont susceptibles demodifications à partir du 01.06.2009.

Toute réclamation concernant l’applicationcorrecte des tarifs ainsi que la structure hôtelièrepeut être présentée à l’un des bureaux I.A.T.(Information et Accueil Touristique) de laProvince de Rimini, ceux-ci pourvoyant àl’assistance touristique et au suivi de ces mêmeséventuelles réclamations.

Tout litige entre hôtelier et client sera régi par lesnormes de la loi en vigueur (lois, règlements, us etcoutumes en matière de tourisme).

Lois, Décrets, Us et Coutumes en matière de tourisme

Le tarif hôtelier- L’hôtelier a la faculté de diversifier le prix selonson jugement, dans les limites des tarifsmaximaux déclarés (L. n° 284 du 25/8/91 et L.R.16/2004).- Les prix doivent être exposés dans le localaccueillant le service de réception et dans leschambres sur des fiches prévues à cet effet(Décret M.T. 16/10/91 et L.R. 16/2004).- Le prix de pension complète par personne estappliqué pour un séjour minimal de trois joursconsécutifs auprès de l’hôtel. Pour un séjourinférieur à trois jours, le prix “à la carte” desservices fournis peut être appliqué (RDL n.2049/1935).

La réservation- La loi italienne ne réglemente pas expressémentle “contrat d’hôtel”. La validité du contrat étantdonnée par le consentement des partiescontractantes, celui-ci peut être établi tant sousforme orale que sous forme écrite. L’absence dedocumentation pouvant toutefois déterminer desdifficultés de solution à tout éventuel litige, laréservation effectuée par écrit et confirmée parécrit est donc conseillable (Recueil Provinciald’Usages).- A l’arrivée à l’hôtel, les hébergements ou lescaractéristiques hôtelières non conformes à laréservation qui sont toutefois acceptés par letouriste annulent tout accord précédent. Dans lecas où ils ne soient pas acceptés, ils donnent droità un hébergement dans un autre hôtel de mêmecatégorie ou de catégorie supérieure. En cas dedisparité de prix, l’hôtelier est tenu au paiement dela différence (Recueil Provincial d’Usages).

Les arrhes- Si le client renonce au séjour pour lequel il avaitversé des arrhes, l’hôtelier peut les garder à titred’indemnisation.En cas de défaillance de la part de l’hôtelier, leclient a droit au double du montant d’arrhes versé(C.C. articles 1385 et 1386).

Le départ anticipé- Le départ anticipé par rapport à la périoderéservée peut comporter l’application d’unepénalité pouvant s’élever à un maximum de troisfois le prix de la chambre (Recueil Provinciald’Usages).

La responsabilité de l’hôtelier- La responsabilité de l’hôtelier en cas de vols oude dommages d’objets appartenant aux clients estrégie par les dispositions de la loi prévues à ceteffet (C.C. articles 1783, 1784, 1785 et 1786).

INFORMACIONES DE CARÁCTER GENERAL

Los números entre paréntesis al lado del nombredel hotel se refieren al número de las habitaciones(C.), de las camas (L.) y de los cuartos de baño(B.).

De conformidad con la normativa vigente en otrospaíses europeos, la clasificación de los hoteles esreconocida por el ayuntamiento de competenciapara el territorio y se expresa por medio de unnúmero de estrellas (de 1 a 5), que es mayor omenor en función de la categoría de los mismos.

Los precios de los hoteles se refieren ahabitaciones con cuarto de baño, se expresan eneuros indicando el valor máximo declarado por elhotelero y están dispuestos en dos columnas:- la primera de arriba se refiere a la temporadabaja (hasta el 20 de junio y a partir del 1 deseptiembre);- la de abajo significa temporada alta (del 21 dejunio al 31 de agosto y del 20 de diciembre al 7 deenero y Semana Santa-Pascua en coincidencia conlas vacaciones escolares italianas).

Los precios de la pensión completa se aplican poruna estancia no inferior a tres (3) días y seentienden por persona.

El IVA (Impuesto sobre el Valor Añadido) estácomprendido en el precio.

Los precios no comprenden las bebidas y losservicios extra.

Los datos contenidos en el presente anuarioproceden de las declaraciones de los precios para2009 presentadas por cada operador a laDiputación Provincial de Rímini dentro del plazodel 1 de octubre de 2008 y de las informacionesfacilitadas por los ayuntamientos.

Los precios indicados pueden sufrir variaciones apartir del 01.06.2009.

Las eventuales reclamaciones, relativas a lacorrecta aplicación de los precios y a la estructurareceptiva, pueden ser presentadas en las oficinasI.A.T. - Informaciones y Acogida Turística,situadas dentro de la provincia de Rímini, quefacilitan su propia asistencia y se encargan deleventual envío a los organismos de competencia.

Las controversias entre quien proporciona elalojamiento y el cliente se regulan a tenor de lasnormas vigentes (leyes, reglamentos y usos ycostumbres en tema de turismo).

Leyes, decretos, usos y costumbres en tema de turismo

Precio del hotel- El hotelero tiene la facultad para diversificar elprecio según su propio criterio, dentro del mínimoo el máximo denunciado (Ley n. 284 de 25.8.91 yLey Regional 16/2004).- Los precios deben estar expuestos en el localdestinado al servicio de recepción y en lashabitaciones con letreros apropiados. (Decreto delMinisterio de Turismo italiano de 16.10.91 y LeyRegional 16/2004).- El precio de la pensión completa por persona seaplica para una estancia que cubra un mínimo detres (3) días de permanencia continua en el hotel.Se puede aplicar el precio a la carta por losservicios prestados en una estancia inferior a tres(3) días. (Real Decreto Ley n. 2049/1935).

Reserva- La ley italiana no disciplina expresamente el“contrato de hotel”. Puesto que la validez delcontrato es dada por el consenso de las partescontrayentes, dicho consenso puede producirsetanto de palabra como por escrito. La ausencia deuna documentación puede dar lugar, no obstante, adificultades en la solución de eventualescontroversias y por ello se aconseja que la reservase haga por escrito y se confirme por escrito(Repertorio Provincial de Usos). - A la llegada al hotel, el alojamiento o lascaracterísticas hoteleras que no sean conformescon la reserva, si se aceptan por parte del turista,anulan todo acuerdo anterior. De no aceptarse, danderecho a alojamiento en otro hotel de igualcategoría o de categoría superior. En caso deprecio diferente, el hotelero tiene la obligación depagar la diferencia (Repertorio Provincial deUsos).

Paga y señal- Si el cliente renuncia a la estancia por la quehabía anticipado una paga y señal, el hoteleropuede considerarla como una indemnización. - Si el incumplimiento es del hotelero, el clientetiene derecho a percibir el doble de la paga y señal(artículos 1385 y 1386 del Código Civil italiano).

Salida anticipada- La salida anticipada respecto al períodoreservado puede comportar la aplicación de unapenalización de hasta un máximo de tres veces elprecio de la habitación (Repertorio Provincial deUsos).

Responsabilidad del hotelero- La responsabilidad del hotelero por robo o dañoa los objetos de propiedad de los clientes estáprevista por las oportunas disposiciones de ley(artículos 1783, 1784, 1785 y 1786 del CódigoCivil italiano).

Цифры в скобках рядом с названием гостиницыобозначают количество номеров (C.), спальныхмест (L.) и ванных комнат (B.).

В соответствии с уже принятыми правилами вдругих европейских странах, классификациягостиниц определяется органами той коммуны,на территории которой находится гостиница, ивыражается количеством звёзд (от 1 до 5): чембольше звёзд, тем выше категория.

Указанные цены на номера с ванными комнатамивыражены в евро в максимальном размере(макс.), заявленном администрацией гостиницы,и расположены на двух строках:- верхняя строка обозначает мёртвый сезон (до 20июня, и с 1 сентября и далее)- нижняя строка обозначает разгар туристическогосезона (с 21 июня по 31 августа, с 20 декабря по 7января, а также Пасха во время школьныхканикул в Италии).

Цены за полный пансион подразумеваютпроживание одного человека не менее 3 дней.

НДС (налог на добавленную стоимость) включёнв цену.

В цены не включены напитки и дополнительныеуслуги.

Указанные в данном ежегоднике цены полученыиз заявленных организациями цен на 2009 год вАдминистрацию провинции Римини до 1 октября2008 года, а также из предоставленнойинформации Администрациями Коммун.

Указанные цены могут быть изменены с01.06.2009 года

Претензии по правильности применения цен и попринимающей структуре могут быть выставленыв любое из отделений IAT (Информация иразмещение туристов), расположенных натерритории провинции Римини, которыепредоставляют помощь в данных вопросах и принеобходимости делают заявления в компетентныеорганы.

Разногласия между предоставляющей жильёструктурой и гостем регулируются действующимиправилами (законы, регламенты, правила инормы в области туризма).

Законы, декреты, правила и нормы в облаституризма

Цена гостиницы- Администрация гостиницы имеет правоизменить цену по своему усмотрению до размеразаявленного максимума (Закон № 284 от 25/8/91и областной закон № 16/2004)- Цены должны быть выставлены впредназначенном для приема гостей помещении,а также в номерах, на специальных табличках(Указ Мин. Туризма от 16/10/91 и областнойзакон № 16/2004)- Цена за полный пансион на человекаприменяется в случае непрерывного проживанияв гостинице в течение трёх суток минимум. Запредоставленные услуги при проживании менеетрёх суток могут применяться цены изпрейскуранта (Королевский указ 2049/1935).

Бронирование- Итальянское законодательство нераспространяется непосредственно на“гостиничный контракт”. Так какдействительность контракта обусловленасогласием договаривающихся сторон, согласиеможет быть выражено как в устной, так и вписьменной форме. Тем не менее, отсутствиедокументации может затруднить решениевозможных разногласий, следовательно,рекомендуется бронировать и подтверждатьбронирование гостиницы в письменной форме(Сборник правил провинции).- При прибытии в гостиницу, если размещение ихарактеристики гостиницы, не соответствуютзабронированным, но были приняты туристом, тоэто аннулирует любое предыдущее соглашение.Если они не принимаются, то это даёт право наразмещение в другой гостинице равной иливысшей категории. В случае разницы в ценеадминистрация гостиницы обязана оплатитьразницу (Сборник правил провинции).

Аванс- Если клиент отказывается от пребывания, закоторое был внесен аванс, то администрацияможет рассматривать его как возмещение ущерба.- Если же свои обязательства не выполнилаадминистрация гостиницы, то клиент имеетправо на возмещение аванса в двойном размере(Г.К., ст. 1385, 1386)

Преждевременный выезд- Преждевременный выезд относительнозаказанного периода может повлечь штраф вразмере максимум трёх стоимостей номера(Сборник правил провинции).

Ответственность администрации гостиницы- Ответственность администрации за кражи илиповреждения принадлежащих клиентампредметов предусмотрена специальнымитребованиями закона (Г.К. ст. 1783, 1784, 1785,1786).
